“I love this store and the employees. They rewired an old hanging light inherited from our family and took the time to help me find a light bulb that complimented the piece and provided enough light for the space it would rest in. I have another lamp needing repair and will be back.”

Richard was great at explaining the process, helping us find what we felt we needed, and he didn’t try to make the “hard sell”, which was appreciated. Richard understood and acknowledged our concerns, & we had a good experience at the store. We look forward to when the bed arrives. Turns out a family member bought one recently, & love it (helping a bad back), so we think this was a good purchase. Recommend going when there is a sale. This is an expensive investment.”
“Not only is my leather sectional absolutely breathtaking but the level of service I received from start to finish was incredible! I was treated as a valuable client from the minute I walked in. The consultation was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable and no pressure at all. I bought a floor model and the designers pulled it all apart for us to inspect thoroughly without any hesitation in fact they suggested it. Then when I was struggling with scheduling conflicts for delivery they offered to come to my home to meet the movers. They sent the sweetest pics and message when it was in place.I have bought so much furniture over the years but will never go anywhere other than Ethan Allen after this experience.”

“We were having trouble finding the stove we wanted and building the chimney system until we called Stove and Flag Works. We were able to get everything we needed within two days of us ordering! Everyone at the store was wonderful to work with and was able to answer the questions we had when we called. We highly recommend using them!”

He was an amazing sales associate to work with. He is kind patient attentive and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and let us browse around until we were set on what we wanted. He had us try a few couches to test the comfort levels that we might or might not like to help narrow down our favorite comfort level. He made the sale process super easy. When we are ready to add more furniture to our home we will be going back to work with him!”
