“Super fast production of a 5-poster project! It came out perfectly and was very high quality. The two women staff members I dealt with were helpful and very accommodating of my needs (I wish I could remember their names -- they deserve a medal.) The work far exceeded my expectations.
My only negative is the clunky online order system, which is impossible to navigate if you have a custom-sized, multi-page order. I wasted a lot of time trying to submit my order and finally gave up and called the store, at which point they gave me an email address to submit my order and took it from there.”

“These folks work their tails off. They are clearly understaffed but I have always liked it here. Mistakes can happen but I believe they really do try. I went in looking for paint markers and a young lady helped me out right away and told me one of two aisles they would be in. I found them within minutes.
I sometimes go here for Amazon returns. It's the same line as the cashiers so the wait can be extensive but they're understaffed. They do what they can. Mistakes do happen though. For an amazon return, I wanted the money put back on my card rather than credit towards my next amazon purchase. The gentleman seemed rushed for sure and probably did what was quickest to him. I asked if he could reverse that and he said no. Annoying for the customer they just assumed but it's what it is.
I still give 4 stars just because it's not their fault they're understaffed. Just be very very crystal clear on the amazon returns/refunds.”
“Kind, patient, always helpful. Doing their best, even with short staff. Sometimes community members sign up to drive routes for a short time to help during heavy months (x-mas, etc). So wave, because the random car that pulled up with your packages may be your neighbor. :-)”

“Right on the road. Smaller P.O. Looks like a place locals come as they have active P.O. boxes. Limited but available parking. Limited selection of stamps available, as with many smaller offices. Post office box outside.”
“The post office is such a community hub. I always run into so many folks. A highlight is seeing Radigan and Matthew's happy faces. They are seriously ALWAYS smiling and chatty. But guys- come on. Ease up on Jimbob. He's an icon. If you think he's grumpy go take a lesson in dry banter. Hands down- my FAVORITE stop in Shelburne. They always handle my parcels with care and go above and beyond. Three cheers for the three amigos who keep Shelburne post office a place where people ACTUALLY don't mind having to visit. You guys are doing a great job!”

“The reviews for FedEx office should be five star and these reviews here are not fair as they seem to be reviewing FedEx in general not the FedEx office shipping center, which is very different. I called with a question and was able to get through immediately to Michael who was extremely polite and helpful. When I dropped off my package, Michael took care of the return and again was incredibly helpful and polite. Plenty of parking was in and out very quickly. This is attached to the FedEx logistics facility in all of the negative reviews hre should be for FedEx logistics not for the Office location. This is the only one other than Burlington, which I absolutely do not ever want to go down there for several reasons and it's nice that there is one in Williston and that it's a little off the beaten path away from all the traffic and congestion. I hope that they promote Michael and adjust the reviews because the actual FedEx office location was a great experience.”
“Although they are extremely short staffed, one of the employees spent 45 mins looking for my package even though she honestly didn't have to. I appreciate her patience and dedication, and to top it all off she was pleasant about it. I wish I would have caught her name. Her help was greatly appreciated!”

“They certainly have staffing issues and serious delays but i want to acknowledge the Postmaster who when he heard that some of my delayed packages had medical related items delivered them himself later the same day…. That was a greatly appreciated surprise - thank you!”
