“Insurance claim, waited 4 months to get in. Result: Color match looks a little off. Sloppy bead in the wheel well. Not cleaned thoroughly. Tried to charge my deductible (waived, required 10 minutes on the phone with insurance at pickup). Not terribly dissatisfied, but not 100% satisfied either. I might need to go back for warranty work due to the workmanship. Staff was friendly/helpful.”

“Amy was so wonderful over the phone. They got my car in and did a full diagnosis as it was a “puzzle” to figure out. Turns out I needed a lot of work done unfortunately they said it was a “major surgery” on my car but all the problems made sense with that they diagnosed. She’s an old Buick with some leaking parts. I got amazing transparency about price and what was priority to get fixed. They sent detailed notes videos and pics. And I was able to fully discuss my options with Amy over the phone before I made any final decisions. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. This however exceeded my expectations and my car is running beautifully. So grateful for the care they took of my car!! They replaced intake manifold gaskets and upper intake, and valve cover gaskets, and replaced Crankshaft Sensor, Camshaft Sensor AND Mass Air Flow Sensor and fixed my light bulbs, tested my battery and changed my oil while they were at it.”

“We bought a Kia Sorento that needed work to be done before we could take possession of it! The time frame of the repairs were not clearly defined in the beginning. Eventually I returned to the dealership to inquire as to my new car. I was met with Steve and Aaron and finally I got some solid information. They were unfortunately waiting on parts, they had the worst luck getting our car repaired and I eventually took possession of it 14 business days or 18 regular days after I signed to buy it. The deal was definitely a blessing to my husband and me. This was a learning experience all the way around. Special shout-out to Aaron the Service Manager for his great customer service and patience!”

“Amazing experience here. Salesmen weren't pushy at all, lot was the cleanest lot we saw all day, cars were free of snow and at the time only two employees were working due to people calling out. Both employees were attentive, responsive, caring, understanding. Trade-In value for our car was better than any other quote we were given, left same day with a great car, Ford definitely got a new long-time customer. Definitely met, if not exceeded, expectations.”
