“I really like the employees here. I go here a few times a week and it’s a very consistent experience. I’m not a fan of Cumberland’s farms drinks and the prices for drinks that aren’t their brand are out of control. The Company prices normal things higher to get you to buy their brand it feels like. Still this location has great employees and I will pay a little extra for great customer service!!”
“I spoke to a manager and they hung up on me because she didn't like what I was asking. This was West Rutland vt location. I called back and another employee hung up when he realized it was me. I've never been disrespected like that by a store manager. I plan to report this to the local government and chamber of commerce. I was calling because my sister ordered some food from the subway inside and they took payment online but the actual store was closed because they apparently have the same caliber employee's as Jiffy Mart. I'm so furious over this I'm going to the parent company and if I don't get a official apology and refund for sister plus gift card I will actually push for these employees to be terminated which I hate to do because I'm working class myself however you accepted a manager position you need to be able to deal with situations that you don't like or enjoy”
