We take our dog for nail buffing only and since it’s considered an “add on” the site will not allow us to make an appointment. Yet when we have gone in almost always we are told they are too busy. But if we call they will schedule an appointment for us. Make it so we can schedule nail buffing on line please!

86 River St, RutlandLevi did our very stubborn St. Bernard for nearly three hours. He charged less than he quoted and our girl looks beautiful. She is a an amazingly willful dog. Both my wife and I are so impressed with how she looks. He immediately welcomed her and I could tell how comfortable she was when I picked her up. We will use Dog Works again!

69 Killington Ave, RutlandI brought both of my dogs in there today they both where pretty matted and PETCO had actually turned us down because they where “to matted” but the lady at the pooch parlor had no problem what so every doing it they where only 60$ a piece for the extra time when they are normally 50$ a piece so it was very cheap she also had excellent customer service we will now be going here to get our dogs groomed every time I very highly suggest bringing your dogs here they also both got bathed and there nails trimmed!!

Being a new client, I was a little nervous bringing both my cat and my dog in, but the entire staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the moment we walked in. They were patient, kind, and truly caring with both of my pets. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing.
The vet was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough, making sure both my cat and dog were healthy and well cared for. The office was clean, organized, and calm, which made a big difference for my anxious pets.
I am so thankful to have found a veterinary clinic that treats my pets like family. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and trustworthy care for their fur babies! ??

She took me right in when I had to have my cat cremated and was caring when putting my dog to sleep giving us time and privacy to mourn. Would recommend to anybody. She also sees my cat and does wonderful with her treatment and care! Best vet I've met.

Rutland Veterinarian Clinic: Crossman Robin DVM
90 E Pittsford Rd, RutlandExcellent, accommodating and professional service and employees. I recently had an emergency with my 10 month old cat (at 7 pm at night) and I contacted them as they were listed as the only emergency vet open in the area. It was a 35 minute drive from them, and they kindly stayed open late for me and contacted the on-call emergency doctor, who was considerate enough to come in and wait as well. Mind you, this was on a holiday weekend and in the middle of a snowstorm, so driving was risky. Although they were due to close at 8, they were able to see me and thoroughly examine my cat. This was a very scary situation for me and they were very understanding. Liz (the vet tech) and Dr. Rob Macpherson were very generous and compassionate given the situation. They answered all my questions and the visit was not rushed at all. After Dr. Macpherson's findings, advice and the meds he administered, my cat was back to normal upon arriving home. This is truly a Veterinary that cares for and strives to serve their community!
