“I have difficulties with getting the right fit. Today Kyle helped me consider some new options. He was immensely attentive to all my needs. I will definitely come back to Fleet Feet!”
“Nice family owned place. Always has something I need and the staff is very helpful. Last time I was looking for a pair of skates and they had what I needed and they were picked out, bought and sharpened within 20 minutes. It's my go to place for sporting goods even though I live 40 minutes away, prices are reasonable too.”
“Michelle A. was very helpful today in helping to browse the entire collection of clothes. The employees in the store don't just sell the product, but also wear it, and that can be seen in the advice they give on sizing/type of outerwear/etc. . They were really helpful in grabbing some mid/base layers today and gave me a couple of good insights that will likely turn into a future ski-jacket purchase with Helly Hansen. The employees are really what makes Helly Hansen's brick-and-mortar retail stand out against other outerwear brands. If I am ever back in Burlington, I would totally return to this store.”
“Was there 2/24 because of the reviews (yes, they do matter!). My 1st thought was "really....?". The gas station is a great disguise because inside was wall to wall ammo with a good selection and fairly priced. The back-and-forth banter with the counter guy (Dave) was friendly, enjoyable, and helpful...I even got a doughnut! While they didn't have everything I wanted I was encouraged to call every couple of days to check on shipments. There was also a ton of fishing and hunting gear. Dattilio's is my go-to store in S. Burlington.”
“Stunning space! Outlet downstairs and a super helpful staff. Also they make repairs onsite! This is the best of the best Patagonia and ll bean should take a lesson.”

“We really enjoyed the tour. You can see all the parts that go into making a snowboard and there’s a great little museum with the original snowboards. Great guide.”
“Always have such a great time here. The staff are friendly and willing to chat with you all the time. I had a great experience opening a pack of cards with a staff member, and for sure will be getting all my cards here in the future!”
“Went in last week to get my skates sharpened and some new hardware for my helmet as some buckles had fallen out. The young guy who did the work told me it was at no cost since it was just a few items. This was very appreciated and indicative of the consist good service here.”
“My husband and took an Intro to Canoeing session at the Waterbury Reservoir. It was my very first time canoeing. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to doing it again one day. Carlo was our instructor. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you!”

“If you have foot, shin, knee and/or back pain you need to come to this store and get fitted by Sara. She is a 1 in a million jem and I am lucky to have found her. She looked at my feet while standing and walking as well as the wear pattern on my shoes. She instantly knew what was wrong and what shoe would help. I have been struggling for years and Sara fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. She also took the time to show me how to tell when I need a new shoe and/or insert. She is an expert and people should be coming to the store in droves to get fitted properly. You may be in sticker shock at first but believe me it is well worth it and you shouldn't skimp out on your feet. They make sure the rest of your body is supported and as pain free as possible. Thank you, Sara!!”
“Fantastic customer service! I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. We made an online order but bought the wrong size. We were greeted by three helpful salespeople when we came in. Ben helped my son try on 4 boots until he found the perfect fit. He was kind and eager to make sure we were set up correctly. They made the exchange easy. Thanks Burton!”
“This place was off the beaten path on our visit to Burlington, Vermont. However, it had the best selection of shoes and sizes! Spent less than 15 minutes there and walked out with purchase of 2 pairs of shoes, happy customer!!”
“Better (a lot better) late than never... It took a long time and came after a long silence, but this location finally got rid of their old flooring. The gym has gone from -2 to 10.”
“The employees were Great. Very friendly. As soon as walked in they were asking if i needed help. Smiling and happy , which you don't see alot these days. I showed them the pair of jeans i was wearing. They were American eagle that ive had for 10+ years lol. American Eagle is great quility jeans. The only problem i had
was they don't sell the low rise artist book cut/ flare jeans anymore ?. I love these jeans.”

“Went in for the first time today instead of ordering online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the cashier. I’ll definitely be going back in the future!”
“If you're looking for fishing gear, find Sue. She's extremely knowledgeable, and she's passionate about fishing. (She is actually a fishing educator for VT and this is her "fun" job!) What a gem!”
“Great team of people and fantastic selection! For Golf and Skiing, I have always found an extremely knowledgeable staff on either topic, and always a customer first mentality. Special shout out to Jaimie and Fisher....always above and beyond!!! I highly recommend.”
