“I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to for my experience today. These ladies went above and beyond today and their customer service skills are exceptional (which is hard to find these days) they all seem to enjoy what they do and are more than happy to help you find whatever it is you need. From the second I walked in the door, to the time I was walking out of the door I was treated with respect and was helped with everything I needed. They even helped me load my purchase. I will return to this store without hesitation. I wish I had caught their names, but (if the owner see’s this) the employees you have are going to keep customers coming back to your store! “Today I forgot my bike lock hours from Burlington, and was also having trouble with my brakes. So two of the employees very kindly went to the shelves and got me a new lock and set of wrenches so I could keep an eye on my bike that was parked outside in front of the store. They were clearly busy and a little stressed, and I really appreciated their help with things.”

We've purchased two Webber Grills from Ace. The price was less than Amazon plus, Ace assembled and delivered it for free!
The store is conveniently located, easy to park, and isn't an overwhelming-sized warehouse, so I can pop in and out quickly. I go to Curtis Lumber for wood.

You definitely spend a little bit more than you would per se at like Lowe’s or Home Depot, or similar building materials, but they generally tend to be better quality, especially in the 2 x 4 or dimensional lumber. One of the best parts is all the people. They’re just the best.”

“The SB Lowes Manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to help with an issue with our new LG washer (which is a total lemon). LG has given us the run around for more than three months but Dominic has been kind enough to spend hours on the phone trying to get LG to make good on their product. He went and got the lift, raised it to the highest level, and was able to maneuver it on to the lift, bring it down and get us on our way. Did I mention the box was a large room conditioner.
