“I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to for my experience today. These ladies went above and beyond today and their customer service skills are exceptional (which is hard to find these days) they all seem to enjoy what they do and are more than happy to help you find whatever it is you need. From the second I walked in the door, to the time I was walking out of the door I was treated with respect and was helped with everything I needed. They even helped me load my purchase. I will return to this store without hesitation. I wish I had caught their names, but (if the owner see’s this) the employees you have are going to keep customers coming back to your store! They’re just that awesome! Props to the manager and her crew for running a well managed, clean and efficient store. Thanks again! - Colt”

“Mike and Brad did an amazing job. Always arrived when he said & completed the project as promised. I was worried about the amount of dust having unfinished hardwood floors installed due to the need to sand & stain the floors in place. But I was very surprised that the equipment & the process had minimal dust. The new flooring met up with our existing hardwood floors & they matched them perfectly. I’m one to get multiple quotes for home projects & Mike was far less expensive than the other quotes. I highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring project.”

So two of the employees very kindly went to the shelves and got me a new lock and set of wrenches so I could keep an eye on my bike that was parked outside in front of the store. They were clearly busy and a little stressed, and I really appreciated their help with things.”

“The SB Lowes Manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to help with an issue with our new LG washer (which is a total lemon). LG has given us the run around for more than three months but Dominic has been kind enough to spend hours on the phone trying to get LG to make good on their product. It is amazing to me that a store manager has to spend hours of their time dealing with these awful appliance companies while trying to manage a store. Thank you Dominic. Fingers crossed that LG will take their terrible product back.”

“Very efficient, friendly, and helpful personnel. But, do not make transactions by phone. You will not be able to complete anything by phone. I wanted to complete one transaction pending to be delivered to a different place than my residence and I had tried for 2 different days for a soul to help me by phone. I ended up traveling two hours to complete the transaction in person.”
