17 Town Farm Ln, StoweI love exploring new cider places, and on my trip to Stowe, I was excited to see Stowe Cider visible from the road with plenty of parking. We went just for drinks. We elected to sit outside on the deck under an umbrella. We could hear the band from the Japanese restaurant next door. I ordered a flight which consisted of four ciders that I could choose. The server wrote the initials of my choices on a board and told me what they were. I ordered less sweet, more dry kinds. There were subtle differences between them based on the fruit notes. I did miss getting a Huckleberry flavor like I do when I go to Washington state. Our server was upbeat and friendly even though we only ordered drinks. Tip: To enter, use the doors that say "use other door," I thought the arrow was saying go to an entrance around the building but that was an employee only door.

100 Cottage Club Rd, StoweWhat else is there to say about the Alchemist? Epic beer and amazing experience. Food truck is a little on the expensive side, but food was great. All in all, highly recommend the trip to Stowe, even if just for the Alchemist.

395 Mountain Rd, StoweNo wait when we stopped in for dinner. We were greeted and seated promptly by the friendly staff. Our waiter was nice and he did a great job of taking care of us. The food came out in a short amount of time, and all of food was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were outstanding! Huge portion, so be sure to share. The garden salad was fresh and had a nice variety of vegetables. Topped mine with the black bean burger, which was outstanding. The bacon and blue cheese burger was also tasty.

394 Mountain Rd, StoweWe absolutely love Woodland Baking and Coffee — it is hands-down our favorite spot in Stowe! The coffee and the matcha are always perfect, the baked goods are beyond amazing (truly the best anywhere around), and the PEOPLE make it what it is.
Anna, Claudia, Molly, and Peyton are always so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Sue and the incredible baking team make everything with love and these goodies are legendary! Honestly, I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews — we have been regulars for a while, and every visit feels like stopping by to see friends. The vibe is warm, local, and genuine — maybe the folks leaving bad reviews are just having a rough day.

Thai in the Mountain
504 Mountain Rd, StoweI recently visited Stowe Thai Cuisine and was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food tasted—it really reminded me of the flavors you’d find in Thailand. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and true to real Thai cooking. The server was kind, polite, and made the experience even better. Personally, I always look for restaurants that taste like the real thing from the country itself, and this place delivered. Highly recommend if you’re in Stowe and craving an authentic Thai meal.
