Stowe Mountain Resort is a premier destination offering a magical and stunning winter wonderland experience, widely considered the best in Vermont. The resort features a great variety of terrain with fun trails for all levels, from friendly greens and blues to must-try double black diamonds for experts. The expansive mountain provides plenty of trails, accessed by gondolas and high-speed lifts, leading to breathtaking summit views. These views are spectacular in all seasons, including beautiful carpets of fall leaf colors from the gondola. The resort is noted for its great vibe, being both accessible and inclusive with very friendly staff. The Spruce Peak area is especially recommended for its cute aesthetic, featuring ski-in/out resorts, lodges, hotels, and an ice skating rink. While the mountain and resort are loved, some visitors note challenges with the third-party parking company, advising that to avoid a parking fee, one can park at the cross country center. The on-mountain restaurants, even for takeout, are extremely packed but worth the wait. With great food and great people, Stowe Mountain Resort is a highly recommended, five-star location that creates lasting memories, turning visitors into ski and snowboard lovers who eagerly plan return trips.
Awesome trails, not very steep but some really technical pitches (front four trails, narrow Liftline runs) that are super fun. Good beginner terrain too. Food is ok, not horrible, not great. The ski rental process is extremely easy and quick. Definitely would recommend.

Skiing is great! Beautiful and quiet. The lifts are kind of separated so it’s a lot of walking but otherwise it’s nice

Such a great place. This was our first time. We had a blast. We did meet a lot of awesome people. Definitely ready to come back. Thanks for an amazing experience.
