“My wife and I were staying at an airbnb in Bath right around the corner from the way station as part of our honeymoon. After our first visit, we were back every day. Not only is the food delicious and fresh every day, it was a very friendly and welcoming place that literally has everything you could possibly need. When we were having trouble getting the fireplace started, the way station saved our butts with a starter log. The prices are great, the variety of goods is amazing (complete with an imported from italy section), and the homemade food is absolutely delicious. The whole experience, the food, and the friendliness was so incredible that I had to buy one of their t shirts. Now that I'm home I'm representing the way station all the way in south Florida. If you're in the area, STOP BY. You will not regret it. My only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner.”
“New owners and staff are just delightful. They are always very polite and extremely accommodating. I have yet to have a bad experience with them and appreciate their part in the community. Prices are fair, food is fresh and customer service is fantastic.”

“Even though they had a confederate flag at the register (at the time I went in March of 2025) they didn't seem to give a damn that I was transgender. Money is money!”
“I had such a terrible night and had gotten worse since I ran out of gas on my snowmobile. A stranger helped me with a ride to this gas station where I filled a tiny gas can I just bought. I then met Amanda who was so friendly, kind and caring. She made sure I was ok and even stayed open a little later to make sure I was able to come back and fill my machine so I could make it home to Littleton. She is the reason I fully was able to get home. I had a lot of nice people help me along the way because I was lost but she just made my night so much better. She is a great employee and I am forever grateful for meeting her and I want her to be recognized for her outgoingness because she even pulled out a map to make sure I knew how to get home. Thank you so much”
“My beautiful sons and she was about four is called Cumberland Farms the coffee store cuz I go in there just pretty much for coffee well then I told him to look at a sign and if we got something my coffee was free so he would always make sure that he got something to make my coffee free so he would pay for mommy's coffee the New Cumberland Farms in Woodsville has three different entrances and it's a mess with cars at you every which way there is handicap parking bathrooms and the usual Quick Stop stuff”
“Rite Aid in Woodsville, NH is extremely friendly, clean, associates are very helpful and outstanding. It is nice when you walk in they greet you as family. I go here at least once a month.”
“absolutely a gem of a truckstop. Old school with old school prices and old school happiness. The place is spotless, the restaurant is so clean and the food is so good and lots of it. Brenda, my waitress went above and beyond, and I thanked her for that. Don’t pass this up if you’re in the area. I’ve been doing this for 45 years and these are the places I used to love to be at taking my Time off. I hope this place never changes. And I just took a shower and the place feels like home, so clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless. This entire building is spotless.
