“I realize that my 5 star review may come as a shock because there are so many bad reviews for this Pharmacy. I assure you it has nothing to do with my generosity. If you look at my review of BMH’s Emergency Room, you’ll see that I have no problem giving a bad review when it is warranted. I just don’t see it here. I waited for 6 months after I moved here from Brattleboro before I wrote this, thinking I would see the problem at some point and my experiences there have just gotten better and better.I did have a problem with the phones once. The issue is that the phone in their Pharmacy wasn’t working and they didn’t know it. I called the front desk instead and told them that I was having trouble getting through to the Pharmacy and someone walked the phone back to the Pharmacy and we sorted it out.The Pharmacy cashiers and Pharmacists have always taken the time to explain things to me, have been patient with me when I’ve been scared and inpatient myself (I think I have COVID!), and have consistently given me good medical advice regarding over-the-counter medications and prescriptions.I’ve never had trouble getting a prescription filled. Maybe I’ve just been lucky? I don’t know but I’m grateful to have them here because it’d be a real pain to have to go all the way to Bratt or Bennington every time I need a prescription filled.”

“Morgan in the pharmacy is an absolute saint. Super helpful, so pleasant, so patient and most importantly out to please the customer. I watched her handle 6 other customers all while trying to help me fill my prescription and battling my insurance company in the phone. Excellent customer service from this location!
