“What an absolute pleasure it has been working with cota and cota. We had horrible service from our long time provider over our hot water heater which was going on 4 weeks. I finally had it and called cota and cota Lynn picked right up sent Randy and Justin over here and with in 30min had it properly diagnosed and within 48 hours had it all hooked up. Meanwhile the other company called and said they would be there the next day I asked what part they ordered and it was again the wrong part! We are over the moon happy with this outfit true professionals.”

Their rates are very fair, especially given other mechanics in the area, and their student discount and shuttle for students is very convenient. Staff helpful, friendly, and honest. “Doug's deserves high regard for handing an impromptu service request with speed and agility today. My car's alternator went out while travelling midway in my 350 mile trek and Doug's allowed me to have car towed in, vehicle readied while awaiting part, allowed part be sent in from a local parts distributor so as to get me back on the road in record time, all with a friendly northeastern New Hampshire manner, that by the way is so unique even to a Midwesterner to Central Mass. transplant. Doug's it seems will go the extra mile to assist.”

“Just want to give a shout out to Steve working at the Co-Op Mobil with cars here. He provided excellent service even though I didn’t need to pay for air in my tires. I had a rental car and got the low tire pressure sign. I didn’t know how much to put in and didn’t have a tire pressure gauge on me. He helped me out and I am so appreciative of his service! You know they will provide excellent service when you pay if they do it when you aren’t paying.”

“Somebody commented the coffee was not to there liking like how can a cup of coffee you made for yourself not turn out the way you want it too when you made it? so now customers blaming the workers for the bad coffee that the customer made for they self like how does that work? silly folks always wanna complain about something but never wanna give credit where it's due. This store is awesome might not have every little thing you want but they have all the essentials drinks, snacks, gas, beer, and even Chinese food what more can you ask for.”

“One of the cheapest places for gas, there's a subway and Dunkin donuts inside. Dunkin is a drive through or you can go inside.They participate in shaw's rewards, Exxon Mobil rewards, and Upside, so this is my station of choice.”
“I mean it is a gas station, but there aren't a ton of gas stations in Vermont so worth a rating. Not too far off the highway. Good snack and wine selection. Had bathrooms. Definitely not open 24 hours as I recall so just FYI.”

“We stopped in on a whim on a long car ride, and was pleasantly surprised. Charles in the “kitchen” is amazing and made our day! He has such great options for bakery items that all sound, look, and smell amazing. We ordered an Apple fritter with maple glaze and it was AMAZING! The maple glaze was on point. They also had just pulled fresh homemade donut holes out of the oven and now I’m wishing I got some of those too!”

“I love Irving Oil. They are in a staple in most towns. Their stations are clean and working properly. Staff is response. I am hooked on the Irving card fuel discount. On a few occasions, I have allowed strangers who were stressed about not having enough cash for the fuel they needed to purchase, to use
my Irving card to save 20-60 cents off their purchase, which relieved their stress.”
“Good place to stop and get drinks when being on the road it's cheaper than some stores and they also have things there like hot and ready pizza chicken nuggets it's supposed to be a convenient store so it's got everything a little convenient store would have and it's on the road the White River Junction”

I had no problem filling up, getting my receipt, and being back on my way. This station is currently a distributor for Sunoco fuel products.”

“The Irving technician showed up less than two hours after I called to report that our furnace was not working. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. I discovered that he was the same tech who helped us out about a year ago when we had a problem. On that occasion he diagnosed a more serious issue which led him to contact the furnace manufacturer, and we ended up getting a new furnace under warranty that Irving installed for us. The service that we have gotten from Irving has been excellent.”
