Deceptive, incompetent, didn’t communicate at all, won’t return calls. The worst experience I have ever had with any business in Vermont, this bank made big mistakes with my money, do not make the mistake of doing business with them. Avoid!

Just went in to complete a simple deposit and withdraw of coins. I unfortunately had to work with the teller “Dil” and she treated me with the upmost disrespect, sighing and complaining the whole time. Would not recommend giving them your business at all!

Tried to use the ATM, but apparently you have to already have a bank membership to access the building.
