“Went to this location and requested a passport for my mom. It was past the scheduled time frame. Clerk said she would find out if someone would be able to help. Another clerk came out and said she would help us even though it was her lunch time. She went above and beyond to help us get the process going and she was very polite and easy to work with. I don't know if I can name names but I hope she will get this feedback. My 88 year old mother really appreciated her efforts to get this done so she could go and see her daughter later in the month. Thank you so much for your help.”

Note that delivery problems that happen outside of Gloucester have nothing to do with the office, and the office shouldn’t get bad reviews for outside problems.”
