“All I needed was a 50 dollar bill broke.But the older gentleman whom was behind the counter, was extremely polite and had a sense of humor which is always a good quality to have,especially when working with the public! The store appeared clean and orderly as did the outside, parking lot and pump area.The only negative was there was no window washer solution or paper towels at the pumps.I still have a dirty, doggy slobbered up,passenger window!?”

Teresa in customer service was polite and helpful and referred me to the assistant manager, Hasona. Hasona took the time to listen to my issue and she helped resolve the issue in a timely fashion. “Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.”

While being a bully and harassing others, to the point of someone wanting to commit suicide should not be tolerated. As an employee she represents you and your establishment. Do you really want someone like this working and representing you? I wouldn't think so. A further complaint will be made to HR on Monday morning. “This store is by far the cleanest store in Waynesboro and probably the cleanest in Augusta county. The bathrooms are clean and smell good everytime I've been in them. They also have great food. Pizza, bread sticks, potato wedges, chicken wings and more. The owner and employees are good people. It's a great place to take a load off for a few minutes and play some slots or to watch the big screen while you eat your lunch.”

“Just getting back from our cross country road trip and stopped here before our last stretch home to Norfolk.Out of all of the gas stations we have been in this was top 5 of one of the cleanest, best stocked and well kept ! The floors were newly cleaned and the bathrooms smelled and looked so clean !!!Wanted to leave a review because it had a lower rating than it deserves for sure ??(Also bc one of the gas stations we went to in the Midwest was so great and I forgot to leave a review, so I didn’t want to forget to leave this before I forgot !!)Friendly staff and great convenience food/drinks to choose from.”

“Giving my same review from the market:I've heard a bit about the fried chicken here and since I was driving through, we stopped for lunch. I'll explain my 4-star a bit. For a gas station without much around, it was a good meal at a reasonable price. I went with the 3-piece dinner, which gets you a thigh, wing, drumstick, and two sides. There were a few options and I went with scalloped potatoes and onion rings... Oh, and a dinner roll. For $9.99 it felt pretty reasonable. Chicken and sides were warm. Chicken was crispy, good seasoning, but not complex flavor. Onion rings are real onion rings (not minced) and batter fried. Scalloped potatoes were better than expected and they were a decent portion.In the end, it was good fried chicken from a gas station, though I don't think I'd go out of the way for it. Driving past at meal time and it's a reasonable option that won't break the bank.”

Just quick in and quick out for fuel.”

“We had a great experience last Tue on July 4th! The gas was on sale for I think $1.77 per gallon. The girl who helped us was very nice! She was friendly and helpful despite the long lines of cars to get cheap gas. The store inside and out was very clean as well. We would definitely recommend this location!”

“Great little place full of good local folks. I love to get a fried bologna, egg and cheese sandwich in the morning. Love that Virginia round steak. On Friday the awesome lady in the kitchen attached to the building makes plates of great food for $10.00. The fish is great! Like I mentioned before, great little local spot for me.
