“I had a small payment issue at the fuel station where I wasn't correctly refunded after a prepayment. Teresa in customer service was polite and helpful and referred me to the assistant manager, Hasona. Hasona took the time to listen to my issue and she helped resolve the issue in a timely fashion. This is a great example of the commitment to customer service that Martin's is known for. Thank you Teresa and Hasona for treating me with kindness and respect, and helping resolve the problem.”
“Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.”
“I just moved here about 5 minutes from the store. The staff is very friendly, polite and even welcome me to the area. Heard their chicken was the bomb well got it for my grand daughter whom I am raising and she always asking for more. She’s 13 so she knows what she wants?”
“Surprisingly good food for a gas station. The fried chicken was fresh and tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich was way better than I expected. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot in an area with few food options.”

“The ladies that work in here are the nicest and most helpful. We stopped here around 230 on Wednesday to get gas and go to the restroom. The entire store but especially the restrooms were the cleanest I have ever been in. If I have the opportunity to come this way again we would stop here again.”
“while I'm sure this is a very nice store, you have a very not so nice employee of the name Chelsee Toney. A further complaint has been made on your Google page. While being a bully and harassing others, to the point of someone wanting to commit suicide should not be tolerated. As an employee she represents you and your establishment. Do you really want someone like this working and representing you? I wouldn't think so. A further complaint will be made to HR on Monday morning. I will not stand or tolerate such childish, immature and over all nasty messages and comments to my mother and I. I will keep reporting until something is done on this matter. Thank you.”

“This store is by far the cleanest store in Waynesboro and probably the cleanest in Augusta county. The bathrooms are clean and smell good everytime I've been in them. They also have great food. Pizza, bread sticks, potato wedges, chicken wings and more. The owner and employees are good people. It's a great place to take a load off for a few minutes and play some slots or to watch the big screen while you eat your lunch.”

When we came out and did our snack shopping to prepare to hit the road again on our long road trip, the woman at the checkout was exceedingly friendly and we left feeling like we wished we could make this our regular stop for gas.”

“Wilco is okay they sell foods and food items. Bread, milk, lettuce?, fruits, and mashed potato, what more can i say? They are good at marketing to customers the items and they are also good at selling the items on their shelves that hold the food for people to choose what they want to buy based on cravings built on the foundation of marketing. Good food good times.”

“Usually Marathon has the lowest gasoline prices on the west side of Waynesboro and the staff are always professional and pleasant. They aren't as big or bright with a lot of pumps as is the case of their many nearby competitors but they are worth passing by the others.”

“We had a great experience last Tue on July 4th! The gas was on sale for I think $1.77 per gallon. The girl who helped us was very nice! She was friendly and helpful despite the long lines of cars to get cheap gas. The store inside and out was very clean as well. We would definitely recommend this location!”

“This is a 24 hour fleet fueling facility that accepts credit, debit, fleet cards, and Gas Buddy cards. There is not an attendant, but you can get Unleaded Gas, On and Off-Road Diesel, DEF and Kerosene. Rates have been consistently good. Not much for looks, and no convenience store... Just quick in and quick out for fuel.”
“So far so good. Like this pharmacy. I normally don't rate good because of bad experiences here lately, but I give credit to those who deserve it. They get things done on time.”

“The staff here are always helpful and kind enough to greet ya even at 6:30AM. I appreciate the business they offer but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE clean you're oven or whatever you use to heat up your pizza. The slice I ate this morning was so smokey it gave me awful smoke burps and a taste in my mouth for the rest of the morning and day. I know it's gas station pizza but tell your boss to get in there and give it a good scrub.”

“I have a long and complicated story but bare with me because I think it's worth your time. I'm from DC and my car broke down yesterday in Salem, Va. I have AAA and roadside assistance, each of which gives me 100 miles of free towing. AAA said they would only tow my car to a home or repair shop to hand over the car to roadside assistance's tow truck. I did the math and initially called another repair shop in Waynesboro to ask if the exchange could happen on their property but they said they didn't want to get involved. I understand their hesitation and respect it. Then I called Jim at Ladd and explained the situation. He immediately said yes. I've never used Jim's service and I can't tell you about his skills as a mechanic. But the fact he was kind and jumped to help a complete stranger that he's never met in person tells me he has integrity. Mechanics are trained professionals but integrity isn't something you can necessarily be trained in; it's something you either have or you don't. Jim is a mechanic with integrity. I believe he will be fair and generous with his customers. If I lived in the area, you bet he'd be the only mechanic I'd go to. Thanks Jim for being a decent human being.”

“Local main st repair shop recommend their non ethanol gas several fill ups over 6 Mos. Senor light never comes on 2 years later save 2000 honda quote. From out of town so shell Ex BP are still my normal clean engine additives gas. Comment quote. this gas will clean the additive build up.”
