βAlways liked HT but our check out person gave some of our items to someone else after she said HIS payment didn't go through; an older gentleman who got pretty upset about his transaction?
Anyway, it messed up both transactions and it was kinda a mess since we just ran in to grab a few items.
Otherwise, staff was helpful and store in great shape. They gave us the HT members discount to help make up for the mess up.β
βShout out to Beth who rocked it today! She patiently let our four kids help with checkout and gave them lollipops at the end. She made the whole experience so fun!β
βVery clean store with helpful, friendly staff. I did visit the other day right when they opened and the lights weren't quite on down the aisles and within the cold cases.β
βJeff from the bakery department was absolutely amazing! In 24 hours they turned around a cake for me with multiple logos. Jeff was warm, friendly, and beyond helpful! Great place to shop and super happy with the customer service experience!β
βI am a regular at this specific location for the standards they have set in a clean and well stocked store! I have talked with Trace, the manager and she was beyond kind in her assistance. This store and the team have made me feel like family and that my presence matters. At the register I have been lucky to get Julia and Gurmehar when I am checking out. They are lovely at providing codes for items and helping when the machine just wont cooperate.β
βI really like this Aldi. The produce is usually very good, I like the top sirloin steaks and they are a good price. The sourdough bread is really good and is at a great price. Employees are always friendly and efficient.β
β'Bare Bones' model but has most grocery products, limited selection, always one check out line, moves fast. Low prices, go for milk and eggs mostly, also bananas.β
βStopped here on our bike ride, so many great snack options. Also, had salty homemade ham sandwiches. The coffee was oddly not self serve despite being on the store floor. If it was self serve I would have gotten a cup.β
βThe managers of this store are phenomenal. My son just started playing Pokemon TCG and it's been difficult to find them. On stock day, they keep them behind the register and only allow one per person. It was great to see the only 3 kids out of 40 adults get some cards because the team there prioritized fairness over scalpers.β
βThis is the neatest, friendliest, and cleanest HT in this area. Also, above all, this HT has the most helpful staff you'll ever come across. Definitely worth the drive.β
βGood selection, and fair pricing for the area. Location of this store is ideal. Four stars because they've cut down on some of the merchandise that I wish they still carried.β
βI love this place. I had seen them only in Italy but a few years ago they started to pop up in my area and we've been fans every since. Prices are generally low and the quality is good.β
βMy first visit to a Giant Food supermarket. They have a good variety of Gluten free, dairy free, soy free brands. Found Schar, which I haven't seen at other stores. They also have So Delicious and Glutino. I got some produce and other items to make GF, DF, soy free eating possible while I'm in Leesburg.β
βWegmans has a fantastic selection, friendly staff, and a clean, well-lit environment with great hours. The only slight downside is that returns can be a bit less smooth compared to some other stores, but overall, I'd still give them a solid four stars!β
βWe just had great help with the self service checkout at this Harris Teeter. Brenda saw that we were having some problems of our own making and very cheerfully and helpfully stepped in to help. After our watermelon overturned a bag, she helped us get it all off the floor and back in the cart. And when we then, absorbed with reliving our clumsiness, walked off without running our charge card, she found us in the parking lot to clear it up and signed off on our ticket β all with grace and a great smile.β

βHello Giant, I had a very pleasant experience at your Junction Plaza location today. I had forgotten my Giant card at my husband's car and needed to get some items that were on sale. Your employee Abiha (I hope I've spelled her name right) helped me through the whole process. She was friendly, patient and helpful! She gave excellent customer service. I left the store with a smile. Thank you, Abiha :) Giant is lucky to have you as an employee!β
βOn Sunday April 5 (Easter Sunday), I picked up a 50 pack of chicken for dinner. The lady who helped was Maria Salmoeron (I think), and she was fabulous!! She had great customer service and she made sure it was fresh and hot.β

βParking was very convenient and when I entered the store, my first impression was it was clean and orderly. Prices were good and I was able to find everything I was looking for with relative ease. Fruit, bread and vegetables were fresh and well preserved. The meats looked very good and priced fair. I would definitely recommend this grocery store.β
βI had an issue with another Walmart location that wasnβt able to get insurance approval for a medication Iβve been taking for over a year. I called this location as they had filled the same script for me just a few months prior. Gia was not only able to get insurance approval immediately, but she also went through the trouble of calling the other location to help resolve the issue on their end. Good customer service has seemingly become more and more rare these days, but Gia genuinely cared and went above and beyond to ensure I didnβt run out of the medication. Highly recommend this pharmacy!β

βCompared to the store in my home town, the people are friendly, the store is massive with a huge selection. The meat and dairy bunkers are new and updated. You can tell this store is one of the good onesβ
βThis Giant location recently underwent a major transformation. They rearranged the store, removed older refrigeration units and replaced a lot of the open air units with units that have doors on them - so as to be more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.They did a major upgrade to the Deli/Cheese/Olive/Seafood section - to be much higher end and on par with a lot of what Wegmans offers. More hot food options, soup options, sushi options, etc.The entranceway into the store down by the pharmacy side has been permanently closed - due to rampant ongoing theft.They also gutted the restrooms and rebuilt them from the ground up - nice, clean, and modern!Nice upgrades - much appreciated!#Giantβ

βThe staff here is always amazing, helpful, courteous, kind super quick. It honestly feels like a the old time pharmacy from yesterday. Iknow every time I go Winnie the pharmacist, she's going to recognize me and it shows that general interest that connection.
Without fail, they always go above and beyond to help you and give you what you need.
It's not something you get with the other chain pharmacies.β

βI was in the area and needed to pick up a few things so I decided to check out this Harris Teeters - wow! I have to say I think this is the nicest HT I've ever been in. It's enormous, clean, well organized, well stocked and has just those few touches to make it feel extra (check out the embellishments on the aisle directory signs - fancy!). I even found some items that have been difficult to find elsewhere (supply chain issues I'm sure). Check out was super fast and the cashier was friendly. My purchases were bagged properly (food separate from cleaning supplies - yay!). Overall just a super pleasant shopping experience. Also, there's a Starbucks inside for my fellow caffeine addicts out there.β
