“Words can't describe just how grateful I am to have found AQ Jewelers, I would give them 10 stars if I could! While I was cleaning my wedding band (in preparation for my wedding in Bali the day before my flight), one of my diamonds fell out and I was in a panic trying to contact every local jeweler that I could find to fix my wedding band that same afternoon. When I called the store, Andrew immediately picked up and was able to schedule me in on the same day. After getting there, his mom, the Jewelry Expert, immediately repaired the missing diamond back on the wedding band. She even performed another inspection of the fixed wedding band to make sure everything was good, but she found that EVERY SINGLE one of the little diamonds were loose! Thankfully, she told me that it would be no problem to tighten all the other small diamonds and was able to get it done then and there. Needless to say, my wedding band looked absolutely gorgeous and I was able to wear it for my wedding. Thank you AQ Jewelers!”

“I spent all morning going to various watch stores to try and either find a link/extension to my watch or change out the bracelet. Everywhere I went, they seemed like they didn't want to help me or said it can't be done. I came here as a last resort and Jake gave me an amazing experience. He tried his best to lengthen my bracelet but we couldn't find the appropriate size. I was already prepared to swap the bracelet for a leather strap and he recommended and installed one at a very good price. The service and experience were amazing and I will always come here from now one for services. Thank you so much Jake for helping me get my first watch up and running when everywhere else said it couldn't be done! Would give 10/10 recommend.”

“I have shopped at mystique for around 20 years and have worked with their staff and lovely owner on many projects. The quality of their stock is excellent and I have always loved their beautiful selection. Pricing is very good and the shop is a lovely welcoming and professional environment in which to make careful judgements about the right piece for the occasion. They have modern, classic and estate pieces and also do repairs. They also source and design wedding rings, although I’ve never used them for this. This is my favorite place for jewelry in DC— beats out the large stores and the well known dc boutiques.”

“I had a great experience here. I felt comfortable in the store and the employee helped me and my friend. The employee was polite, helpful and patient. We both got a good vibe from this store. We didn’t buy anything but will definitely return in the future.The type of items they sell are fine jewelry, gold chains, power tools, coins, etc.My friend said the prices were good for gold.The diamond rings were really nice. There was a princess cut solitaire, 1 carat diamond for $3,000, just to give you an idea (you’ll have to ask about the color/clarity). There was a much smaller diamond ring with two side stones for $300. So, there were lots of varying levels to choose from.I’d recommend visiting this store if you’re in the market for the types of items they sell.”

“This Swarovski is great. The manager is very helpful and friendly. His staff is well trained and have prompt customer service. The store is always clean and has quality care. They always help me right away. And other customers in the store. The customer isn’t always right and can be rude to staff. But the team and manager always do what they can for every customer. Cant please everyone no matter how hard you try. I shop there often and will in the future.”
