No way I will ever go back to this 7-11. I thought my first visit last month was an anomaly but this trip to get milk after Aldi was closed confirmed it. Not only is the staff rude but I felt unsafe. I wish the Alexandria Police department would spend a little more time there to keep the citizens of West Alexandria safe.

Every time I stop at this location to get a fountain Coke, the machine is so low on syrup that I get a clear liquid. I'm not sure what the problem is. The other location down the street (4949 Seminary Rd), which is operated by different people, does not have this issue.

Rizvana behaved unprofessionally; communication and attitude were very poor. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.
