“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”

I brought my car to him for a tune up and mentioned that it’s my first and I’m not much of a car expert, but I sure would like to know how to keep her running, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand detail.
The pricing was very reasonable and Tom was very transparent about what needed done, even gave me a to-do list of things that will need service in the future, again with an easy-to-understand explanation as to why.
As a last note, Tom’s just a super friendly guy and always answers the phone with a great attitude!”

Any and all questions I had, he answered them all perfectly without the use of any jargon, and all of them professionally and with patience. “Went to get my headlights adjusted and because I have aftermarket lights I figured I'd have to keep the car there for some time so they could get them corrected. I was told this by another shop so already expected it but to my surprise Carlos the man got my head lights aligned perfect in no time after almost a year of them being aimed at the sky. I wish I brought it in sooner ! The shop was clean and the staff were super friendly and made my day by the professionalism and commitment to ensuring my vehicle was ready for the state inspection.”
