“The folks in the maintenance department are really great. Multiple times, they've helped me track down and replace a random screw that was missing from my bike.”

“I really enjoy working with Jack and Jeff in Arlington. With two overactive boys that love riding, we're often in for repair's and all the folks at Conte's take great care of us.”

“This is a great bike shop (although I wish they still sold Treks!). I came in with a few issues and they fixed them for me free of charge, in a timely manner. Adam seemed particularly knowledgeable and helped my very senior dad get a new bike when the one he'd been riding was about ready to collapse. He ran through the cost of fixing things, and then reviewed options for a new replacement bike. Definitely recommend whether it's for derailer, pedal, break, or other issues, or for purchasing a new bike.”
