I called back to confirm that I would have the needed parts to attach the grill to my natural gas line and was assured that I would.Rick assembled and delivered the grill this morning. He had the extra adapter that I needed for hook-up. He took time to thoroughly explain functions and maintenance and answered all of my questions. He even shared a recipe.
