The front desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful the location is convenient for transportation from all directions in DMV area. No appointments needed just walk in. “I read reviews before going to this Labcorp for my bloodwork and expected the worst since I was a walk-in. But I was taken in within three minutes.
Moreover, the phlebotomist was so lovely and caring (unfortunately, I didn't ask her name, but I'm giving her credit for being so nice). She even went to another lab to get the collection tubes we needed instead of canceling my order and sending me somewhere else.”

“I was in and out in 10-15 minutes without an appointment on a Saturday morning. I’m also, typically, a hard stick and the phlebotomist got me on the first try.”
“The first time went i had a wonderfully experience. The second time not so much. Maybe it was the time once early morning second late morning. I did make appointments for both. It true you can not get a hold to talk someone. I need blood work before a treatment but there are no morning times to pick from. My procedure at 10:00am this Friday wanted to talk to someone to see if they can squeeze me in before my procedure. I coming from Maryland so I'm not in the areas.”
“I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I know to give flowers where flowers are due. Santrell at LabCorp in Arlington runs her location with incredible efficiency and professionalism. I showed up 30 mins early to be safe, but she immediately checked me and told me not to worry. She called me up right after I checked in, and I was back out the door in under eight minutes. I spent more time thanking her on my way out than I did in the drawing room.

“The whole procedure was super quick. “hello, sign up”, gave ID with dr’s prescription, waited on chair a minute, got blood drawn, “all done”. That’s all.Receptionist was the guy who took the blood. Parking is tough, Google map is a bit confusing.”

“This location is great! I was apprehensive given the bad reviews, but it was clean, easy to locate with clear signage, and staff (receptionist, phlebotomist) were friendly and professional. Probably helps to get here earlier for a morning appointment before they get too busy. Upon arrival, I checked-in online using the emailed link, and was called 10 minutes later. Couldn't be easier, will use again for future labwork.”
