National Tire & Battery (NTB) is a large independent tire retailer offering tires, batteries, and auto services like alignments and brakes. Reviews consistently highlight excellent and fast service. Customers report a smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish, often noting they are in and out quickly. The staff is repeatedly described as friendly, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing clear explanations and helpful suggestions for repairs. One reviewer found the exact tires wanted online, secured a great price with a discount, and easily scheduled an appointment. While one mention was made of a cold customer lounge, this did not detract from the overall positive experience. Many customers specifically recommend this location for all tire and battery needs, stating the service is consistently a ten out of ten and never disappoints.
