“I recently broke down on my way to Florida from New Hampshire going to my brothers funeral. After a dealership tried to take advantage of my dilemma and charge me ridiculous prices for the repair to get me back on the road I located this shop. Ab was very accommodating and told me he would absolutely repair my vehicle as soon as possible. It was Saturday evening right as they were about to close until Monday (a holiday) He provided me a towing company phone number to get my car to his shop from the dealership. I rented a car to get to the funeral and Ab took care of my car as soon as could on Monday. He kept me informed and repaired my car that day! The workmanship was professional and expedient! The price was more that fair! I am forever indebted to Ab and his crew! Professional and super accommodating shop! The technician explained my rotors were the wrong size (too small/another story for another day) and my brakes were functioning improperly.Took it to the VW dealership for a double check, their "brake check" indicated nothing was wrong.After this clear report, I asked them to verify what DRSC told me, the dealership went back and verified my rotors were too small! Impressed these little shop picked up my and the dealership's mistake.”

The staff were friendly and very informative. It was easy for me to use my Groupon for the full synthetic oil change and staff was able to inform me of the up-sells without being pushy. “The five stars is just to not ruin your rating.Okay, the staff were polite and nice to talk to. But their price is VERY VERY VERY high. I went to fix my prius which had ABS and Brake warning light and after a check up (which by the way you have to pay $160 whether you fix your car or not) they say that I need almost $4K to fix the ABS system. At the end of the day I end up with a bad news and paying $150 (they didnt have change and left the $10) for nothing. But, fortunately, I ended up fixing my car with less than $1K without paying any checkup fee. Therefore, as a friendly advice, I encourage you focus on the services you provide as much as the money you want to get paid. Im hoping you will take this as a constructive suggestion.
