regular maintenance. The part that supposedly needs replacing is priced for $200 at Toyota website. Make that $2600 make sense! Brought my car to K&B for the first time, Tom checked my car, and assured me that there is definitely nothing wrong with my car and didn’t charge me a dime for checking it.”

I brought my Lexus 350 Fsport in for an oil change and regular maintenance and Roberto communicated clearly all of the work recommendations and they had very fair prices for all of the work provided. They take pride in their work and even make sure to fix other extra little things that were found and needed. I recommend you go the extra mile and give Georgetown Auto a try for any of your car's mechanical needs. Dropping off your car is easy now too because the Potomac Yard metro stop is just a half a mile away. ?”
“I had the brakes replaced, the oil changed, and all fluids changed out on my truck. Pricing was very fair, and the service was prompt. Scott Phillips was the service manager that I dealt with, and he is a professional. Scott went over every aspect of the service recommendations made by the mechanic and differentiated between necessary and unnecessary. The lobby is clean, and the shop looks well-organized. No need to go to those hack shops along Route 1!”
“Happy overall with the service. They let me drop my car off right at closing and had it ready the next day. I just needed a battery replacement. I will say, the labor cost felt quite steep for something that simple, but they didn’t try to upsell me or make it seem more serious than it was. Seemed like honest, straightforward people, and I appreciate that. I’d definitely come back.”

“10/10 definitely recommend, i was out in 3 hours! I called late in the day and the owner answered. I told him I wasn't sure if it was my starter but I believed so, he told me to drop it off in the morning. He wasn't the only mechanic I called but because he was so nice I dropped it off the next morning. He confirmed it was my starter and started working on the car immediately. “I only bring my Dodge Charger and Jeep Cherokee here for service. The guys are always very friendly and efficient, you can tell they care about their job and the customers. No frills service and they don’t hound you for extra services, but they do provide sound advice based off of their initial analysis upon checking in.
Waiting room is always clean and comfortable with coffee and charging stations available for your phone. Bathrooms are well maintained as well.”

“I was visiting my daughter in El Del Ray neighborhood when the power steering wheel stopped working. My car was towed to Del Ray Service center where the technician ran a diagnostics test. The staff was very honest and I was advised to take it to a Ford Service Center to get it fixed. They went the extra mile and printed details of a recall Ford made about the power steering. Unfortunately, Ford did not honor it. The staff at this shop are honest and I'm very thankful, that even though they were not able to fix the issue, they were dud their best to help me.”

“It was my first time using the Walmart Auto Care Center services. I can say they have a good structure, and the employees are always willing to help. The prices for parts are competitive, and the installation quality was satisfactory.
The only downside is that after 11 a.m., long lines start to form. The waiting time for both service and completion can be a bit slow. I understand this is due to the high demand, but I may not want to go through that stress again.
Another thing I did not like was the online scheduling system, which had a waiting time of almost one to two weeks.
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good and affordable service.”

“This has been the best car service I have been to EVER! *no exaggeration* Literally had my oil changed in 15 minutes. I thought it was custom to be at a Honda Dealership for 4hrs minimum for regular routine car maintenance.
