“Excellent place. Sought it out when a bulging battery got the best of one of my phones. I just wanted to get one file off it if possible; he spent half an hour trying and was unable to do it without a more extensive repair. I declined as I could live without the file and asked how much he wanted for his time, and he declined payment, so I left a tip. Had another phone with a bad touchscreen and my laptop needed a minor repair, so I came back a few weeks later with the second phone and the laptop (and parts) in hand. Price was very fair, work was high quality, and the guys there are really nice. So unassuming from the outside, but I'd definitely call it a top-rate repair facility and plan to return for future repair needs. Thanks so much!”

“Walked in yesterday 15 minutes before close to get my new phone up and running. I was expecting for them to just show me how to set up an eSIM and then I’d do the transfer at home. Mike was amazing and did everything for me. He ended up staying past closing time to make sure everything transferred. He helped me put a tempered glass screen protector on and was just a true pleasure to work with. Customer service was 10 out of 10.”

Julian greeted us when we walked in. He was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Johnny and Briana were friendly and knowledgeable as well. They all gave great recommendations on phones, plans, and Wi-Fi. They were very patient with my husband as he asked many questions. They answered all questions and took care of our original reason for visiting the store. We did not feel rushed during our visit.
I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had at a T-Mobile store in a long time.

Today I was helped by Jr and Alvin. I came in at opening, had a broken phone and an already cranky two year old. These guys had great customer service and were so understanding with my little one.
I also witnessed another customer come in with a language barrier, Alvin was incredibly respectful and patient. He utilized a translation app to help the gentleman out. Jr made sure my new phone was completely good to go before I left, accessories installed, everything- perfection.
