The rep who handled my paperwork is named Michael and he was kind, expedient, funny, and thorough in explaining the paperwork. The car I received was clean, easy to drive, and though I had to extend it a week beyond my original time, there were no issues in doing so.I hope my car doesn't have issues in the near future, but if so, I'm only renting from one place, Enterprise.”

“Rented a vehicle from Avis for about a week. I reserved the smallest car they have but was given the biggest car they had (for the same price) which I really didn't want to drive but they had no other options. I don't know why they're advertising things they don't have. The positive.......Messi is AMAZING!!!!! She's so patient, so nice, I don't know how she does it. I was in there twice and both times, people were made because they had reservations but they had no cars, or the car they reserved wasn't there. And she took it in stride, she was helpful and patient, it was unbelievable. I told her, you need a raise!!! Avis is lucky to have her, she should be running things and maybe she'd clean up the fact that you don't have the cars that you're reserving. It really makes her job so difficult, yet she shines and is great to her customes. THANK YOU MESSI!”

The staff is in and out so it is a bit challenging when you come sometimes , but there is usually a phone number on the door for help overall - good experience. Kids loved our jeep this time around.”

I never even met Jen this was all through call/text she was always on top of it and got back to me ASAP and was so incredibly nice helpful.
