“Had a bit of a chaotic start when I was given the wrong laptop at pickup due to a mix-up. When I came back to swap it, the original model wasn’t even in stock/mislabeled. It was a huge headache, and honestly, it felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously until I looped in corporate. Once corporate was involved, the store manager, Bryan, stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. They ended up giving me an incredible deal on a brand-new, much higher-spec MSI laptop to make up for the trouble. Thank you to staff for turning a stressful mistake into an absolute win. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them is what matters—and they handled it well.”

“I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

“Got my diagnostic for my MacBook at Apple and my parts ordered within less than one week. The day of the repair it was fixed Within three hours, They said it would have taken until Tuesday, but with such great people and skilled technician, they were able to bump me up and get it done as soon as possible. I greatly appreciated the warm smiles Super , Being super informative and great attitude. Honorable mention To everyone at the genius bar specifically Mitch, A lovely man with a clean cut at the bar and a young man with curly hair. So deeply appreciated For fixing a part of my Apple ecosystem.”

“This visit was a productive one! Team members were helpful in finding the audio adaptor and helped in checc out at the register rather than going to the checkout registers. 👍”
