“Sunshine Animal Hospital is absolutely the most wonderful place to bring your pets! My cat hadn't been to a veterinarian in a long, long time and I was so nervous about how it would play out but it went so well and the staff deserves all the credit. From Dr. Cavadel who was just THE BEST and who explained everything so thoroughly to the kind and gentle young male assistant's care, to the nice front office staff, everyone was just amazing and it meant a lot. Everything just went so smoothly and was very fairly priced too! My cat didn't cry out once shockingly, not even a hiss because he really felt safe here! Now I don't have to worry about taking him to the vet and this is the only place we'll be bringing him. Thanks again!”

“Absolutely amazing! Dr. Large-Hart saved the life of one of our cats, Ollie. She and the staff acted fast to help him. He was struggling to breathe, and we saw him quickly going downhill. I called Town and Country, and they told us to go right away, and they'd call ahead for us. I got there in 20 mins, and was worried Ollie would not make it. They took him back immediately, calmed him, and assessed.
We initially thought maybe heart failure. He declined so rapidly, without indication, and was in serious trouble. However, initial tests done, Dr. Large-Hart determined it was an asthma attack. So, he rebounded quickly with proper care. He might well have died if I had waited, or if their team wasn't so efficient, and effective.
Yes, it was a bit of $. Yes, I had to wait a couple hours for him, but what was the alternative? We make a commitment to our pets, for better/worse, and this guy deserved our intervention. He's only 1 1/2 years old, has a sister who'd be devastated without him, and a family who loves him.
I am so grateful for what you all did for our Ollie, and he's been resting happily, safely, and back to his usual routine in the 2 days since we met.
