On my way to a Saturday morning appointment, I started the engine and the electronic system alerted me to a completely flat tire (right rear). I used an electric pump to inflate the tire and drove to Dominion Tire (Arlington). The technician examined the tire and discovered an embedded nail. He removed the tire and repaired it while the car was still parked outside in the rain. The car was ready in short order. He handed me the keys and wished me a great day. "How much do I owe?" "Nothing." I was delightfully surprised. "You bought the tires here. We offer free balancing, rotating, and repair for life." A beautiful ending to an unfortunate beginning. Great customer service on every visit.”

“This happens to be one of those go to places where they've simply got it together. Seafood department saved our holiday party as the Wegmans party platter we ordered was not acceptable and these guys had a same day order for us ready in a flash even with a potential miscommunication on our end. While waiting for it to be ready the shopping experience was also great. Several times we found ourselves looking for items and at every turn there was another helpful staff member ready to direct us. Between the super fresh seafood and largest jumbo shrimp we've seen in a while and the $5 special for 10 avocados we were very pleased the quality of the food and the experience there. Years ago during our last visit here it looked like it could use a serious remodel and it looks like that task has been slayed as well. Windy, cold, or rainy day? Simply slide around the right side of the building and enter through the underground garage that has elevators to take you right up without the need to touch that wet umbrella or rain jacket. Did I mention they also have free Level 2 EV charging? Get juiced up while picking up some juice!! Be careful though as too much sugar could lead to diabesity so don't forget the greens and the cruciferous vegetables while you're lured to the bakery upon entrance.”

“Wow - just had to respond after seeing some of the reviews. They have the freshest produce, fish, meats - great selection of organic products! They may be a little more expensive but have you been to Whole Foods? Plus, the staff is phenomenal - when they asked if I had found everything I was looking for and said "actually, I was looking for __ and you don't seem to carry it." Two weeks later the customer service person said that they had gotten it in and it was on aisle x. Unfortunately, the Pharmacy staff is the worst - I honestly don't know if it could possibly get worse. The staff of 3 are standing around chatting and continue to do so quite loudly and then after 5-10 minutes you get I'll be with you in a minute. If I am picking up more than 1 prescription- I cannot count the number of times they have shorted me - they don't let you see them or tell you what exactly you are picking up. Between the cash register, plexiglass and all of these pamphlets - It is impossible to see what RXs you are getting. It's just a terrible pharmacy - the one in Shirlington is great. I really hate going to Giant or Safeway - they are not as clean and certainly could care less if you are looking for a specific product. HT's my main grocery store and has been for years - only others I go to are Whole Foods, Fresh Market and Trader Joes. But, I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy”

“The store is good, with everything I need, but that's not why I'm giving them 5 full stars today. Right now, I just left the Crystal Gateway HT location, after having a terrible day at work today (back to back meetings, last minute demands, and I found out that a good friend from high school today). As I was checking my groceries, the checker was a lady named Karen. Her pleasant personality, professionalism, and simply just our pleasant chat made me close out today on a good note. You never know what people are going through, and simply providing a pleasant customer experience can make or break someone's day. I want to thank Karen for making my day better.
