“This happens to be one of those go to places where they've simply got it together. Seafood department saved our holiday party as the Wegmans party platter we ordered was not acceptable and these guys had a same day order for us ready in a flash even with a potential miscommunication on our end. While waiting for it to be ready the shopping experience was also great. Several times we found ourselves looking for items and at every turn there was another helpful staff member ready to direct us. Between the super fresh seafood and largest jumbo shrimp we've seen in a while and the $5 special for 10 avocados we were very pleased the quality of the food and the experience there. Years ago during our last visit here it looked like it could use a serious remodel and it looks like that task has been slayed as well. Windy, cold, or rainy day? Simply slide around the right side of the building and enter through the underground garage that has elevators to take you right up without the need to touch that wet umbrella or rain jacket. Did I mention they also have free Level 2 EV charging? Get juiced up while picking up some juice!! Be careful though as too much sugar could lead to diabesity so don't forget the greens and the cruciferous vegetables while you're lured to the bakery upon entrance.”
“Can't believe I'm reviewing a CVS, but this one is noteworthy. I've been coming to this pharmacy for a little over a year now and the staff is amazing. They're not quick to hang up on you or ignore your needs. I'm so impressed and wanted to let y'all know this. ALSO this cvs is a gem because the pharmacy is open 24/7. Shhhh.”
“Conveniently located just inside the entrance of Harris Teeter. The kiosk is sometimes out of service but is otherwise a reliable machine to cash-in your lose change.”
“This Giant had a renovation and reorganized their shelves for a better layout. The self check out area has also been updated (more kiosks, a bit better flow). And now they installed some mobile devices for self check out? I read all 4 steps but still not sure how to use those (requiring ID). See my photos. All in all, improvement”
“The professionalism and customer service are top notch at this Branch. The teller was clear, friendly, and very refreshing to deal with. She went above and beyond explaining to me procedures for the transaction as well as what needs to be done afterwards to avoid and minimize further fraud. Western Union is easy to work with, fast, and reliable. No problems there. I will be doing more business with them at this branch in Arlington.”
“Wow - just had to respond after seeing some of the reviews. They have the freshest produce, fish, meats - great selection of organic products! They may be a little more expensive but have you been to Whole Foods? Plus, the staff is phenomenal - when they asked if I had found everything I was looking for and said "actually, I was looking for __ and you don't seem to carry it." Two weeks later the customer service person said that they had gotten it in and it was on aisle x. Unfortunately, the Pharmacy staff is the worst - I honestly don't know if it could possibly get worse. The staff of 3 are standing around chatting and continue to do so quite loudly and then after 5-10 minutes you get I'll be with you in a minute. If I am picking up more than 1 prescription- I cannot count the number of times they have shorted me - they don't let you see them or tell you what exactly you are picking up. Between the cash register, plexiglass and all of these pamphlets - It is impossible to see what RXs you are getting. It's just a terrible pharmacy - the one in Shirlington is great. I really hate going to Giant or Safeway - they are not as clean and certainly could care less if you are looking for a specific product. HT's my main grocery store and has been for years - only others I go to are Whole Foods, Fresh Market and Trader Joes. But, I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy”
“PROS! * large parking lot -- you'll never lack a close-ish space here * well-stocked shelves; helpful-ish employees * pharmacy tends to be fairly quick CONS! * not as organized as one would expect * often only have self-check open, no people cashiers The food itself seems standard. Plenty of produce, standard offerings. I don't really have anything bad to say about this Safeway. It's pleasant enough and no issues with lighting, safety, or cleanliness.”
“Good location inside the Giant Grocery store. It’s right behind the checkouts. My kids like to look in the returned coin slot to see what interesting currency they can find, they found money from Guatemala and Canada last time.”

“I was having an issue with my keg coupler and they were super helpful even though I hadn't gotten my keg from them. I checked out the keg list and the prices were decent. Needless to say I'll be buying my kegs from them in the future.”
