“I had a really good experience with this NTB location after picking up a nail in one of my Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. I had just bought a brand new set of four tires in May, so getting a puncture a month later was frustrating, especially once we realized the nail was too close to the sidewall and the tire could not be safely patched.
German, the shop manager, and Marvin were both great to work with. They were patient, clear about what needed to happen, and got the replacement handled within the day. You can tell this shop is juggling a lot between appointments, walk-ins, deadlines, and customers who all need help quickly, but the team stayed professional and kept things moving.
I also appreciated that they explained why the tire had to be replaced instead of patched. They even showed me the jar of nails, screws, and other road hazards they have pulled from tires, which made me feel a little less unlucky. Apparently, with all the construction around town, this happens more often than you’d think.
Big shoutout to German and Marvin. They took care of the issue, communicated well, and made an annoying tire situation much easier to deal with. I will definitely come back to this NTB location.”
