“If I could give DC a 10*, I would. This place never ceases to amaze me. I went in this last Monday and worked with James. I explained I wanted a custom necklace with three birth stones. I explained I would like to have it by this weekend for my wife's birthday even though the average turn around for a custom necklace was 2 weeks. I realized I was asking for a lot on a specific budget but James said he'llget it done. To my surprise, James calls me two days later and it's ready! When I got there yesterday, I was blown away. He upgraded the gems because it looked better and he changed two to natural instead of lab grown, no extra charge and still under budget! Forgot Jared, Zales, Kay's and any other retailer. They would never do something like that just to please the customer. At this point, I'm sold as a customer for life. If anyone checks this out, visit the store at Dulles Town Center Mall, ask for James the owner and tell him Jeff sent you. You would be disappointed!

Mike helped me find the perfect ring for her then and just helped us get both our wedding bands. He is very polite, personable, and really wants to help find the BEST piece of jewelry for you. We drive over an hour to come here for this amazing service and will continue to do so for future jewelry needs!”
“I searched for local jeweler after a few attempts to get help from one of the other local well known places. In my attempts working with the other jeweler I feel unbelievably discouraged and unexcited by their helpfulness and knew that I needed to find a new relationship. I believe the well known place is just too bustling now to be able to take the time and give me the attention that I need for designing custom pieces or even showing me options for a wedding band.So I filled out the form online through Diamond Lake website and with in minutes Allen called me and In SECONDS I KNEW that I AM TEAM ALLEN NOW! He OFFERED his services to me for designing a ring after listening to everything I said about what I was looking for. He told me he could do a CAD design and make exactly what I was wanting. He OFFERED that if I had some older gold items that I no longer wore, that he could use those for the gold for my new pieces he were designing. Even though I don't have any gold to repurpose, it made me so happy that Allen was providing me ALL of these options so that I could choose what was best for me.Right off the bat, I am excited to be working with Allen, so very thankful to have found him, and encouraged for the process of designing and hopefully SOON wearing a new piece of jewelry that will be made just for me, just the way that I want.”
“I spent all morning going to various watch stores to try and either find a link/extension to my watch or change out the bracelet. Everywhere I went, they seemed like they didn't want to help me or said it can't be done. I came here as a last resort and Jake gave me an amazing experience. He tried his best to lengthen my bracelet but we couldn't find the appropriate size. I was already prepared to swap the bracelet for a leather strap and he recommended and installed one at a very good price. The service and experience were amazing and I will always come here from now one for services. Thank you so much Jake for helping me get my first watch up and running when everywhere else said it couldn't be done! Would give 10/10 recommend.”

“I stopped by here for the first time in years. It is a family-owned business that has been around for probably over 20 years. Everyone is extremely friendly (and still remembered me!) .
They sell Indian clothes and jewelry, as well as offer threading services. Radhika takes appointments for threading and does it herself. Unfortunately, when I stopped by recently, she wasn't there.
I have purchased some dresses from here for specific outfits and they offered reasonable prices.”

Our daughter was born right before the pandemic. Piercing her earrings have been on our to-do, but we were looking for the right moment.
I went to Claire’s for earrings. And heard the employee, Jasmine ask someone if they were in for piercings. When it was my turn to check out, I asked my daughter if she wanted her ears pierced. Surprisingly, she said yes. My husband also got pierced.
We were super impressed by Jasmine’s service, her knowledge and skills! And are super grateful!”
