“UPDATED POST: I originally gave them 1 star, but since they hired their new full time vet, things have been so much better! She’s really good with my dog despite the fact that he’s a ball of anxiety when he comes here. They do their best to work with him even when he’s difficult. They took a day of appointment when my dog’s poop had blood in it. I think they could tell I was very worked up and wanted to get me in. The vet techs are all really nice too. Definitely happy about giving them another chance!ORIGINAL POST: My family has gone to this vet for years. We have 3 dogs, so we're frequent customers. Every appointment since Dr. Germann's departure has been met with incompetence & disorganization. My family has been contemplating going to a new vet & I will now make the switch. There have been a lot of problems over the years, especially the last few months, but this morning was the last straw.”
