“Ethan Levy is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very thorough as a technician and his customer service is spot on. He is very detail oriented and he serviced my car both times as if he was working on his own vehicle. He is proactive in his service and work to solve problems in addition to getting the job done. I had a very large nail in one of the four tires that I purchased from them. Upon his inspection of the tire, he suggested that a tire be ordered just in case the repair was not possible. The nail head was larger than the nail itself, so he was able to repair the tire. He even took the time to show me the nail. My tires are covered under warranty so even if it had to be replaced, it would have been no charge. I am very impressed with his work, his genuine customer service and his professionalism.”
“Quick service, honest answers, not pushy. Informative without up selling, wife and I have brought out cars here on recommendation of a coworker and we'll keep doing it.”
“301 Auto is family owned. Their customer service is amazing, quick appointments and fast service with scheduled appointments. Would and have recommended 301 Auto to family and friends.”
“Great service, great team, great price
TireX team treated me as their top priority! Went in for new tires and an alignment. My car drives like its brand new”
“Top of the line service. These people are honest. A tech at West Broad Honda told me the rear brakes on my 2000 Honda were at a 4 and would probably last through the holidays. Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. They charge maybe half of what these franchise dealers charge.”
“I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. They are extremely reasonably priced, helpful and accommodating. Will not go anywhere else for tire services.”

“I’ve had issues in the past with mechanics running up the bill. This company walked me through all my options, prices for each part. Called me daily to keep me in the loop with what’s was going on with my vehicle. And to be honest, I’m quite impressed. I might work on my vehicle less and let the pros take care of it from now on. 10/10 would recommend”
