“I shop a several Catos in the area & love the store & they always have great bargains my only complaint is that they hardly ever have my size pants in there . When I mentioned to the lady that checked me out she told me that they usually only get 1 pair of each size in. I wish they would get more.”

Santa Fe ,New Mexico, Elko, Nevada, Yuma, Arizona, Cheyenne, Wyoming, twin falls, Idaho and Las Vegas Nevada, to name a few...and this boot barn in Ashland, Virginia ranks in the top three ..the selection of items was terrific, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable..the atmosphere was relaxed and no one rushed us .My wife purchased three items

“The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff.
Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.”
