“I shop a several Catos in the area & love the store & they always have great bargains my only complaint is that they hardly ever have my size pants in there . When I mentioned to the lady that checked me out she told me that they usually only get 1 pair of each size in. I wish they would get more.”

“The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff. Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.”

“Had a great experience at Boot Barn! Chase was very friendly, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!”
