“The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff. Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.”

“Coming from someone that’s always dreamed of a Japanese car they out here making dreams come true. One of the mechanics took me to the warehouses filled with Japanese machinery felt like a dream come true. I was allowed to look at everything for the car test drove it and I instantly loved the car purchased it with no problems and drove to work used it all day . Something’s came up on the dash and they helped me out with no problems definitely coming back. Amazing staff can say it enough 🫶”

“Best customer service experience I have probably ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t find some of the tops that were on a mannequin and without even looking for someone to help us, one of the workers named Abbi asked if we needed help finding them. They were in a certain area across the store and she helped find them in my specific size. She also picked out some tops that she thought would look cute on my cousin and I and encouraged us to try them on. One of the tops they did not have in my size and she helped me order it online instead. Honestly she deserves a raise. She is fantastic and honestly makes me want to go back to that store. I don’t write reviews but the service there was so good that it made me want to.”

Even when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for during our first two visits, Achilles was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us get it right. He suggested a pair of pants for us to purchase elsewhere, and when we came back with them, he immediately helped us find the perfect shirt to complete the look. He also helped us pick out a belt and even recommended where to shop for shoes, along with specific styles that would work best with the outfit. What really stood out was how kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant he was every single time we came in. He made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, and we always felt welcomed. “I worked with Todd for a custom green suit for my wedding day and I’m very happy I did. I got many comments at the wedding on what an excellent suit I had, and I was thrilled to show off the many unique touches Todd included like a statement lapel buttonhole and my name monogramed inside the jacket. He was very easy to work with and came right to my house to do my measurements. When the suit arrived he brought it to my house and made a few additional adjustments with no extra charge and delivered the final suit directly to me a few days later. I highly recommend his services!”

“A huge shout-out to Manager Rebecca, Anari, and Leah — you three absolutely knocked it out of the park with your amazing customer service! I came in with my sisters and niece just a few minutes before closing (actually, right at closing time), and Rebecca welcomed us with such warmth. I explained that I had an early flight the next morning and needed to find a shorts and an oversized shirt. Not only did they keep the store open about 10 minutes after closing, but they were extremely patient, helping me find exactly what I needed — plus a few extra items. Because of these three women, I will definitely be coming back. In today’s world, it’s so important to be a true “girls’ girl,” and they embodied that perfectly.
