“Excellent selection of Western clothing and boots. We have been to the boot barn in several other places eg . Santa Fe ,New Mexico, Elko, Nevada, Yuma, Arizona, Cheyenne, Wyoming, twin falls, Idaho and Las Vegas Nevada, to name a few...and this boot barn in Ashland, Virginia ranks in the top three ..the selection of items was terrific, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable..the atmosphere was relaxed and no one rushed us .My wife purchased three items

Still one of the best Bean stores for excellent customer service. Recently Alisa was kind enough to hunt down an item I was looking for and she shipped it to me! This is a busy time of year, but she took the time to do this for me over the phone. She was so kind & patient. The top arrived quickly & in perfect condition!

“My husband and I walked in and found a pair of shoes perfect for an upcoming wedding. Stephanie was helping us and did not have it in our size, and the product was so new that only one of the two pairs was available online. She worked hard though to coordinate with us on a very tight schedule to make sure both of us had our shoes in time for the event, and they showed up with time to spare! We are always happy to shop here but this was such an above and beyond experience that Im loyal to this store for life!”
“I worked with Todd for a custom green suit for my wedding day and I’m very happy I did. I got many comments at the wedding on what an excellent suit I had, and I was thrilled to show off the many unique touches Todd included like a statement lapel buttonhole and my name monogramed inside the jacket. He was very easy to work with and came right to my house to do my measurements. When the suit arrived he brought it to my house and made a few additional adjustments with no extra charge and delivered the final suit directly to me a few days later. I highly recommend his services!”
“I just left the store after being disappointed in them not having THE dress I wanted for my vow renewal. The staff was VERY helpful and suggested I try on a different dress- even if it was simply for sizing purposes. Although the dress was pretty it was not THE dress. “Best customer service experience I have probably ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t find some of the tops that were on a mannequin and without even looking for someone to help us, one of the workers named Abbi asked if we needed help finding them. They were in a certain area across the store and she helped find them in my specific size. She also picked out some tops that she thought would look cute on my cousin and I and encouraged us to try them on. One of the tops they did not have in my size and she helped me order it online instead. Honestly she deserves a raise. She is fantastic and honestly makes me want to go back to that store. I don’t write reviews but the service there was so good that it made me want to.”

“Love their shorts, very well made for active wear. Did not have success with pants or sweatpants, not as well made and on the short side. My biggest complaint is how hard it was to cancel, the rep kept insisting on making me offers until I had to keep repeating, just cancel my subscription over and over. Felt like I was trying to cancel my sirus subscription.”
“Our visit to this establishment was prompted by the unavailability of a tailor at the Brook Road location. We were pleased to find the staff here accommodating and a tailor readily available. While the alterations were satisfactory, we subsequently determined that additional material could have been removed from the trousers. Nevertheless, our overall experience was positive.”

“My friend & I had a fantastic experience in Banana Republic in Short Pump. The store clerks were sooo nice to us! They informed us of sales & chatted with us for a little before we started looking around. We didn't end up buying anything that day but I had better service here than I have at some luxury retailers! I will be back! “Considering they’re operating out of a temporary storefront while the new location is being built downstairs, this team is doing an impressive job. The space is smaller, but it’s clean, well organized, and stocked with all the brands essentials. It never felt like the experience was compromised.
What really stood out was the team. Everyone offered friendly, low-pressure engagement, encouraged the fitting rooms, happily answered questions, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping. I spoke with one of the leaders who mentioned they’d been with Lululemon for nearly 16 years, and their enthusiasm for the brand was contagious. You could tell they truly believe in what they’re representing.
After visiting a few other stores with similar products, the contrast couldn’t have been clearer. This team doesn’t just sell the brand, they live it. They deliver the kind of welcoming, polished experience that makes shopping at Lululemon feel different. Kudos to everyone for keeping the energy high, the standards even higher, and reminding us that exceptional service is every bit as important as the clothing itself.”

“Went in there to get clothes for my birthday trip to Nashville today, and had an awesome experience. Store and fitting rooms were very clean and well kept. Store staff ( Hannah and Carly) were beyond helpful with solid feedback on fit and style. When I needed a tall shirt (not in stock) they were able to order it and have it shopped to my house. Prices were already good, but they went out of their way to give me a veterans discount when I mentioned serving in the Army. Great experience. I’ll be back.”

“The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff.
Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.”
