“Everything was wonderful. My appt was timely. I got called shortly after I got signed in. The phlebotomist was friendly. I had a lot of blood drawn so it took awhile to get everything logged which was fine. The only negative was she really sticks hard”
“I had a very pleasant and efficient service at this location with Stephanie (and a lady in training). I did go ahead and make an appointment vs walk-in, since an option was available near to a convenient time for me, and upon arrival, the kiosk check-in was extremely efficient. I was then checked in by Stephanie and seen immediately (I arrived 15 min before my appointment time). Stephanie took my order, took my blood, and sent me on my way. Idk how long results will take, but I'd return to this location again.”

“I love this location. I've been there twice recently. The staff is extremely communicative, kind, and keeps everything managed tightly. One of the times, I came in two hours early than my scheduled time during an extremely busy day. Though they couldn't make promises, they were able to get me in as their system allowed (and actually fairly quick).”

“All the staff that were there were very helpful and accommodating, I went in for a urine test and could not go lol. Thankfully they all made me comfortable, and after an hour of getting myself together I was able to go. The young lady named Jasmine was a huge help!!!”

“I normally have a bad experience with blood tests but my lab test today at this location was wonderful! The lady drawing my blood, Carmen, was extremely sweet and she did a wonderful job. It did not take more than a few minutes. She was very patient and normally people miss my veins but she did it in one go. I will definitely be coming here for my future blood tests and I will be recommending this place to others.”

“Make your appointment through tbe app. You will be seen as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are giving a normal urine sample you can get the specimen cup prior to the date. Then you can give your sample from home instead of drinking water there.”

“Visited recently for lab work. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION and is co-located with Rose Wellness. This location is in Hunter Mill Plaza on the back side. In and out quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. No appointment necessary. If no receptionist, read the notes on the table and ring the bell; tech will be along shortly.”
“It is very obvious that this location is very understaffed. I was there for 8:15 appointment and the waiting room was full with scheduled appointments and walk-ins. The two people I interacted with had to check people in and then do the actual lab work. I give them credit for being as patient and nice as they were.”
“This location has for me in as a walk in multiple times and with short wait times. It's slightly larger than the other LabCorp location. Yolanda was a pro - didn't feel any pain at all from the draw. The other phlebotomists have also been just as friendly and professional. Would recommend.”
