“This is very much a long ago 1950s type country store but lemme tell you the people working there are great and that's what makes this place 5 stars.Got gas, used the restroom, they made me laugh and I first hand got to watch them fret over one of their regulars in the most endearing way. Was actually glad I stopped. You probably won't have much cell service but thats par for the course in some spota of VA!These guys being here really saved my bacon and I am grateful!!”

“I’m a regular at the Exxon on Burks hill in Bedford and generally have a good experience. Everybody there is very friendly and helpful! However I’ve consistently run into problems with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program at this location.. I’ve tried several times to manage my points (add points, inquire about balance, etc) and the process is often difficult. Patricia, who’s always very kind, has assisted me several times, but she seems completely unfamiliar with the rewards system. I’ve waited quite a while (almost 20 minutes) on occasion, and I must say.. it’s a bit frustrating.. particularly when other Exxon stations handle these requests effortlessly. It would be fantastic if the employees could receive some additional training on the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program to streamline the process for customers.”

“Went to the laundry mat. It was clean. Lost money in a dryer, when we started it the dryer sounded awful. It actually scared me. We did contact the company and they are mailing a check for $1.50 which i find hilarious. I like the fact that you are not supposed to wash anything to do with animals.”
“I love this store. I've been coming here since I was a child, the owner is friendly and has a lot of different merchandise, they have game machines, and the best part is the gas is good quality and lasts longer than most.”

“Such a convenient location and major plus that the pumps accept apple pay! The employees inside are humble & welcoming. The floor is orderly and has a variety of snacks. Recently added a Hunt Brothers Pizza and it is delicious and decently priced!”

“Sunoco is a convenient place to stop when you need to fill up the tank and grab a few things for the road. The station was clean, easy to access, and had a good selection of snacks, drinks, and other convenience items.
The fuel prices were reasonable, and the location made it an easy stop while traveling. The staff was friendly and the checkout was quick, which is always appreciated when you’re trying to get back on the road.
Overall, a convenient gas station for filling up, grabbing a snack, and getting back on your way.”

“Overstreets has long had an outstanding reputation which remains with them to this day. Their work is awesome and you k ow it will be done right…they’re fair, and so accommodating. They don’t do unnecessary repairs and keep you in the loop. I wish all businesses would model after them. Always just a pleasure to do business with them.”
