“My experience at Enterprise in Falls Church was good, not particularly great. When dealing with auto insurance companies and rentals, communication with the renter should be a priority. However, the staff members at the Falls Church facility were absolutely professional and courteous. Again, communication with insurance companies and the insurer are key to the continued success of Enterprise as it pertains to claims.”

“Rented a vehicle from Avis for about a week. I reserved the smallest car they have but was given the biggest car they had (for the same price) which I really didn't want to drive but they had no other options. I don't know why they're advertising things they don't have. The positive.......Messi is AMAZING!!!!! She's so patient, so nice, I don't know how she does it. I was in there twice and both times, people were made because they had reservations but they had no cars, or the car they reserved wasn't there. And she took it in stride, she was helpful and patient, it was unbelievable. I told her, you need a raise!!! Avis is lucky to have her, she should be running things and maybe she'd clean up the fact that you don't have the cars that you're reserving. It really makes her job so difficult, yet she shines and is great to her customes. THANK YOU MESSI!”

I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! Customer service was excellent from start to finish and I will ONLY be using them for my rentals throughout the DMV from here on out! The staff is in and out so it is a bit challenging when you come sometimes , but there is usually a phone number on the door for help overall - good experience. Kids loved our jeep this time around.”
