“This is just a great store. I drove out there from Fredericksburg to pick up some chairs for outside that weren't available locally. When I got there they brought them out and they said do you want us to dust these off as they've been outside. I was flabbergasted that they offered to do that and you would not find that kind of service from one of the big box stores. Additionally, I loaded them in the truck myself and broke one and they actually offered to replace it at no charge. Even though it was my fault. The customer service at this store was just amazing. The entire visit. I found it to be the same at the Fredericksburg Ace Hardware as well.”

“I stopped in here while working on a family property in the area. Instantly felt like I’d stepped back in time to an incredible locally owned place with actual service and friendly staff. We got everything we needed and will be back often. I’m just so sad that I don’t have a place like this back home. I’m spoiled now!”
