“I honestly cannot say enough glowing things about the Compounding Center in Leesburg !! We have needed to use them for a few times for equipment rental due to a short term injury and the man that we've dealt with has been phenomenal (I wish I remembered his name!). Most recently my child injured their ankle and needed a knee scooter to get around at school - I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon for a Sunday rental - but they are closed on Sundays. This amazing man drove from MD to meet me at the shop on a Sunday morning super early just to make sure my child had it for school on Monday. I was blown away at the amazing customer service and true kindness. Without his kind above and beyond efforts - my child could not have gone to school the next day. There are still great people in this world and he was one of them! I find this business to be a huge blessing to our community. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to Paulina. She has been working there for quite some time and is always helpful. She normally works the pizza station or behind the deli slicing area. Today when I went on New Years Day, someone from the deli was on break so she came from her pizza station and helped me get the lunch meat I needed. I always appreciate her help, her smile and dedication to work. She also makes the best pizza and is great at following directions (we always get pizza extra well done with 16 slices).”

They had replaced Planet Oat, extra creamy oatmilk with a smaller, less desirable, more expensive brand in a plastic bottle.After shopping there, I was asked to take a survey. I told them how much it matters to the growing Vegan community in our town, that someone carries a good and decent brand of Oat Milk.I was surprised to receive an email from the manager saying that they were able to bring Planet Oat back to CVS. Today, I went to the store and saw it back in stock! Regular, and extra creamy. 5 of each, instead of just 3 of each. Amazing.Thank you CVS!”

“I love the way the pharmacy refills my medicine and delivers it to my address. They have done a great job. However with the Christmas/New Years, the delivery would take longer than expected. I told the pharmacist that my mom would pick it up in person, the pharmacist miscommunicated to my mother saying that it was delivered yesterday at my door--it was not. The pharmacist or tech should've taken the initiative to take a few seconds to look for my medicine in the outgoing mail, and given to my mom the first time instead of her driving back to the store.I am not mad, but at least make sure the job is done correctly the first time. I used to work the grocery industry”

On top of that she went out of her way to make my job easier for me and very neatly and gently packed the bags being mindful to distribute weight and separate unsterile items. My dilemma started about 1hr prior to close and could not get through on the phone so I took a shot getting there 40 min before closing. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful even with an annoying caller on the phone. What patience from them, especially when I could hear the phone call where the guy says he has a tire knows nothing about it but asks if they have Michelins in stock. I wanted to smack the caller but the front desk was amazing and polite. They then helped me but advised they may not be able to do it so close to closing. Shortly thereafter the front desk talked to the mechanics who agreed to fix my tire. Wow $10.99!! Can't beat that and find the best customer service I have experience in a long time!!!”

“This Costco is smoking hot with customer service. I had to ask where the peanut butter pretzels got moved to and as usual the Costco gentleman told me the exact new aisle where they got moved. Also Costco finally brought back Jean's Posh Pantry cinnamon crumb cakes and I had to bring one home. I do a lot of outdoor and wilderness related activities with my friends, and I have always been the go-to person to patch them up.
