“My family & I have had accounts at this bank for decades. No one has ever been rude to us, in fact they are always kind, considerate & remember our names when we walk through the door. They called us when an account went below the $2500 minimum so I could transfer $ from another account & wouldn't be charged a fee. We even have a line of credit on our home through them which has been a life saver over the years. We highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank in our area.”

“I've been an NFCU member for more than 40 years and have been in a lot of different branches all over the country, though I will say I don't go to the bank too often anymore because of online banking (NFCUs is pretty good there as well). The branch in Burke Centre has some of the friendliest staff around. Though it is nearly always fast, if you go on a Saturday morning like I did yesterday (1/7/2023) be prepared to wait. And even though I waited it wasn't too bad of a wait at all. This branch shares a parking lot with all the other stores in the strip shopping area (including a Giant grocery). There are even EV charging stations (2) in the parking lot.”
