“Jes the store manager was exceptional. We got a phone elsewhere and Jes had to correct their omissions. She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We would not have been able to function without her assistance. We should have come to this store and Jes from the beginning.”

“I am particular about customer service, and I can say that Alex at ATT in Burke Town Plaza provides outstanding service. He is both knowledgeable and friendly, and he helped us secure the best deal for all 5 lines on my account. I would gladly continue upgrading my phone and doing business at this location!”
