“I had a great experience at AT&T on Friday with my mom. Marco provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, professional, and made sure we understood everything while helping us.
There was another employee who was wearing glasses. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions about the new iPhone. Both of them were knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.”

“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

She set up my phone, put the screen protector on and STRAIGHT WITH NO BUBBLES. my new iPhone was in my cute case by the time I walked out the door. Thirdly my phone service and the actual phone itself including data to look up my way home was all working by the time I got in my car ready to go home. Just remember to turn on your settings for your GPS! Haha anyways thank you again Bianca for your all help.
