“Always a great experience here. They are super friendly and helpful and were able to fix my screen easily and this time when I came in they could see that my son's phone was bent so it would not be repairable. Luckily I had the insurance through TMobile so they submitted the claim and we just had to call and get the replacement phone for free. I highly recommend them.”

She set up my phone, put the screen protector on and STRAIGHT WITH NO BUBBLES. my new iPhone was in my cute case by the time I walked out the door. Thirdly my phone service and the actual phone itself including data to look up my way home was all working by the time I got in my car ready to go home. Just remember to turn on your settings for your GPS! Haha anyways thank you again Bianca for your all help. Clean location with seating while you wait and a tv for when they’re helping you set up your phone. Did I mention bilingual? It was great.”

From the moment I walked in, I felt acknowledged and taken care of the service was a bit on the slower side, but honestly, it was worth the wait. The team took their time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I fully understood my options. Their attention to detail and patience really stood out, and I never felt pressured or overlooked It’s rare to find a place where customer service feels this personal and thorough.
