“I had a huge issue with UPS stealing my brand new 17pro Max Iphones. No one with UPS store or online customer service was willing to take the time to help me. Also T-mobile online & phone customer service was NOT helpful at all and in fact made a lot of the situation worse & was charging me more than was quoted over the phone set up process. This T-mobile store employees went above & beyond to get everything sorted out for me and get my bill right & new phones back on track. Vae was extremely helpful & spent over an hour and a half sorting out & fixing the issues. Very thankful. Also didn't hurt that she was super cute! ?”

“Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's review!!..This is the best looking 7-11 stores I have seen, it's set up like most stores but it has an extra little something that I can't seem to put my finger on. I took a couple of pictures of things I've never seen in any 7-11, for instance it's own chair and table in the back as well as a beer section. Now before someone says I see these all the time in grocery stores! I have as well but not in a small convenient store, ( now remember if you need to refer to my review slogan, please feel free ) :-)Let's just say I was impressed with the layout and design of this particular location. I will return again soon and snap some more pictures of other things I haven't seen in other 7-11 stores.”
“Target was busy the night I shopped. I received a free $5 gift card and I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t scanning. A team member gladly showed me how and even did it with humor and a kind attitude. I really appreciated that, as you don’t get that a lot from stores nowadays, especially when they are busy.”

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a wait time no matter what time I came but once it's your turn to be assisted you understand why there's a wait, the associates are very hands on and attentive and made sure i was happy. I didn't intend to spend any money but I knew I would b offered something and I was mad at it at all, the sales pitch wasn't pushy or anything and a great deal was worked out and I left with a new free phone, which I needed anyway”
