“I really like 7-11! I save money every time I go there via my phone number. I am a rewards member and save at least .05 off per gallon of gas. I also get great deals on snacks and drinks too!”

“Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's review!!..This is the best looking 7-11 stores I have seen, it's set up like most stores but it has an extra little something that I can't seem to put my finger on. I took a couple of pictures of things I've never seen in any 7-11, for instance it's own chair and table in the back as well as a beer section. Now before someone says I see these all the time in grocery stores! I have as well but not in a small convenient store, ( now remember if you need to refer to my review slogan, please feel free ) :-)Let's just say I was impressed with the layout and design of this particular location. I will return again soon and snap some more pictures of other things I haven't seen in other 7-11 stores.”

“I had been struggling to get my LG sound bar fixed for a few years. Jerry was kind, professional, and provided honest updates about the repairs to my sound bar. It took a couple weeks to get repaired, but it was well worth it. I was truly impressed. GREAT JOB 👍!”

“Omar was very informative and helpful. I've been with Metro PCS for 5+ years and the helpful kind service that I always receive on Main Street in the heart of downtown Suffolk is why I stay with Metro PCS. Thank you!”
“Shante went above and beyond to assist with my new phone. My old phone's screen died so I was not going to be able to transfer over my old info, but he connected a mouse to my phone and made the data transfer happen. I didn't even know connecting a mouse to a phone was possible! Genius idea. Thank you for all of your help!”

“This gas station is usually not busy and there is fresh coffee all the time. I recommend signing up for 7-11 rewards to get a 3 cent per gallon discount on gas. If you sign up for the app, you can accrue points to earn free stuff. There major competitor is right across the street...another 7-11.”
“Made an appt online for my mother, arrived early. Staff was very courteous. Nykey is the young gentleman who helped us. Very helpful, knowledgeable AND VERY PATIENT WITH MY ANXIOUS 83 YEAR YEAR OLD MOTHER! And I mean very patient. Smooth phone transfer. Highly recommend.”

“I needed information concerning cell service that works in Sunbury NC. My phone calls drop or can't even dial out with Spectrum.. Frustrating. Talked to others that used tmobile and they had quality service. Called T-Mobile in Suffolk and spoke to Eric. What a representative of TMobile...very informative, polite and friendly. Was patient with my questions. He explained levels of service and costs. Because of him I will be seeking cell service with T mobile for my cell phone needs. I may need to pay a few extra dollars BUT will have service!! Thank you Eric.”

“I went into T-Mobile on University blvd with a load of paperwork. I was at my wits end trying to get the receipt proving I paid my device off with Verizon. Tink (management) showed me all the things I needed to show, even highlighted the important parts and told me to get on the phone right away, As I was on a time crunch. I did so and within 15 minutes, my nightmare was solved. I owe it to Tink!! She was my savior today! ?”

“7-Eleven - Centerbrooke is one of the better local stores in the area. The staff work together as a team and is always courteous to customers, even in pressured situations. The Team is always willing to accommodate customers when looking for certain products, and will even take time to help you with the 7-11 money savings app! The Empolyees make this store a Pleasant & Welcoming experience each visit. Thanks for Great Service to Others.”
