“Alex the store manager went so far and above what I would expect from any employee at any store not just Gamestop. I walked in with a major problem and he got on the phone with customer service and would not let them go before they had helped me. It took about an hour an not once did Alex act like I was wasting his time. I can not thank Alex enough for what he did.The store is SUPER well stocked and extremely clean and tidy. I will make sure to stop there each and every time I have video game needs regardless that there are 10 Gamestops within 10 miles of this location.The customer service at this Gamestop is so outstanding I would drive out of my way to visit this store. To me customer service is key and Alex BLEW me away. Thanks!”

“First let me start by saying I’ve been to metro’s where the customer service is bad and this store HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED IN A VERY LONG TIME Both gentleman Chris and Jay were very patient and friendly i was purchasing a new phone and they help me set everything up they even gave me a discount on a case and i am very pleased this by far is the best store in the Hampton roads area i believe these 2 gentlemen deserve a raise they were so helpful and patient they even greeted me when i first walked in and even held the door for me as i left I’m so thankful for them too”

“I had such a wonderful experience here. My reason for visiting was to change my plan to one of their newly offered Go5G plans and to also get a new phone. Thanks to one of their promotions, I was able to walk out with the new Pixel 8 Pro for free and also a free Pixel Watch 2. My monthly bill also decreased.I have been a T-Mobile customer for quite some time now and I have had nothing but stellar service, from both the network AND the staff. Their 5GUC (Ultra Capacity) band is actually faster than my home broadband connection. A lot faster. I always recommend T-Mobile to my friends and family and I will also now be recommending this particular location as well.The store manager and her associates were a joy to work with. The main associate I was assigned to was in training. Even with that being the case, I was given top quality customer service. And since I was "doing it all" during this particular visit, the manager used it as a great training opportunity for her new worker. She was so polite, cordial, and informative towards the new associate. I was very impressed with the way the manager ran her store and took care of her employees, ensuring they were receiving adequate and quality training. The day after, I made sure to leave a good review directly through T-Mobile and I do hope they got it. They for sure deserve this positive recognition.”

“This is the cleanest 7-Eleven I've been too they have a bathroom that is actually usable lol those who know know ha ha They also have a lot of small toys for kids which I think it's because there's a campground not far away but they make great little souvenirs and they get some cool fidget toys like pop it's and spinners They generally have hot food available that looks fresh and does not look like it's been sitting there for eight years they often times have a special on their pizza and the staff are extremely nice at this location every time I come in they say hi to me and give me a genuine smile and we usually talk about something relevant and I legit enjoy visiting If you are ever on Carolina Road connecting the states definitely make a pitstop or if you're camping nearby”

“Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's review!!..This is the best looking 7-11 stores I have seen, it's set up like most stores but it has an extra little something that I can't seem to put my finger on. I took a couple of pictures of things I've never seen in any 7-11, for instance it's own chair and table in the back as well as a beer section. Now before someone says I see these all the time in grocery stores! I have as well but not in a small convenient store, ( now remember if you need to refer to my review slogan, please feel free ) :-)Let's just say I was impressed with the layout and design of this particular location. I will return again soon and snap some more pictures of other things I haven't seen in other 7-11 stores.”

“I had an amazing experience at this location! I was helped by Kayla in purchasing my Iphone 14. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was set up and ready to go before leaving the store. She installed the screen protectors that were purchased and helped me prep my phone to drop off. She even set it up to where I'd be dropping off my trade at a store near me instead of coming back to this store to save me some time! “I can not describe just how incredibly happy this store makes me and my family. My daughter is into what I am. Including older games and systems but also collectibles. The inventory and staff will find what you are seeking. Remember, if it's a rare collectible, they can find it, but price is not their responsibility. I had to respect that when they got me medabots for my GBA. I bought my DS Lite, both Switches, PS5 controllers, Disk Version PS5, and so much more. They offered a warranty on used, and I bought the max length I could. No one else offers a good daggum warranty, but they do on every piece I bought from them, including the HDMI and controller charging cables!!!This is the best part. It's the employees and atmosphere. I am easily startled and don't like to talk to people. I still enjoy going to a store, though, and browsing. Every time I go here, I'm never met with someone up my butt unless I want them to be. They always make sure to ask if I'm good, but they're not pushy. They're all very well knowledgeable on collectibles, and I can see that by how the owner trains them.Love this company.”
