“I am serious about reviews (whether reading or posting them) so I try not to be personal but to the point and honest. The AT&T station that is located 3565 Bridge Rd., Suffolk has been 100% thorough/ helpful/ awesome for at least, the past 6 months to a year. All the customer service reps are very knowledgeable and there's a black guy (bearded) that must not do anything but study the art of solving cell phone problems because there seems to be nothing that he cannot figure out and fix. No matter what the bug, scam, virus etc. that these hackers send to a cellular device, he either knows it or quickly figures it out and cleans it up. I'm not sure what AT&T pays him but I hope he doesn't leave that place any time soon. LOL”

“I had a huge issue with UPS stealing my brand new 17pro Max Iphones. No one with UPS store or online customer service was willing to take the time to help me. Also T-mobile online & phone customer service was NOT helpful at all and in fact made a lot of the situation worse & was charging me more than was quoted over the phone set up process. This T-mobile store employees went above & beyond to get everything sorted out for me and get my bill right & new phones back on track. Vae was extremely helpful & spent over an hour and a half sorting out & fixing the issues. Very thankful. Also didn't hurt that she was super cute! ?”

“Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's review!!..This is the best looking 7-11 stores I have seen, it's set up like most stores but it has an extra little something that I can't seem to put my finger on. I took a couple of pictures of things I've never seen in any 7-11, for instance it's own chair and table in the back as well as a beer section. Now before someone says I see these all the time in grocery stores! I have as well but not in a small convenient store, ( now remember if you need to refer to my review slogan, please feel free ) :-)Let's just say I was impressed with the layout and design of this particular location. I will return again soon and snap some more pictures of other things I haven't seen in other 7-11 stores.”

“My experience today was awesome thanks to Tabitha at guest services! She was running that thing like she owns the place. She was so kind and sweet to anybody that was passing by and the guest that she was helping. she was answering the phone, capturing order, pick ups doing returns and checking out all with Grace. She was so awesome. I stopped in my tracks, leaving the building realizing I didn’t see her name tag I wasn’t paying attention to it and I wish I had so I stopped one of the workers in the parking lot to ask. He ran inside to check For me. Sometimes I feel we’re so quick to leave reviews when something is inconvenient and maybe we can leave reviews when someone goes that extra mile”

“This 7 eleven is by far the best I visit. My wife and I enjoy spicy wings and a spicy bite about once a month. The grill and short order is always fresh, condiments well maintained, and always willing to go the extra for customers. Raises needed for these folks. Beats NN 7 eleven by far.”
