“We have two pet snakes soon to be three and we were going to a pet store in Chesapeake for feeding rats and bedding, etc. but they often gave us the wrong size rats which can be dangerous to our ball python who is only a few months old. This location is very meticulous and made sure we knew the size of the rats we were getting. Much better and more affordable.”

“We got our 3 pups here, Louis in 2024, Liam and Isabella in 2025 and I can not say how happy I have been from day one.
While the puppies are kept behind glass, I observed them taking them out and placing them in the play yard and the workers playing and loving on them. I’ve volunteered at rescues and this is the only pet store I was comfortable getting animals from! We moved from the VA area in October 2025 and the workers still keep in touch with us and check in on the pups. This is a close nit crew and they honestly care about all their animals!”

“I have been going to this store since I was weeks old, so I wasn't in the area for a while, but I'm back and I love the staff and the beautiful nail lady, though my owner thinks I don't need to be pampered with a day spa. I am very satisfied with the care and carfulness of how they take care of my beautiful feet and nails. I get a bag of treats for the ride home. Just amazing they always care so much about me and make me feel like I'm the best boy in the world.”
