We had the utter misfortune of an alternator failure on our 2012 XC70 while on the way through Roanoke late this past Tuesday (10/22) and the decision was made to send the tow truck to Walter's place. Not only did he take a look at the car, but I was told he made us a priority to get us on our way and charging an incredible price! I will forever be grateful for how he handled the situation and got us back on the road.”
