She closed it out and was empty and out on the 4th. She still had to pay for the whole month. But we all know it's all about the money. Still a good clean storage unit. ?”

“We used Upack to move from New Hampshire to Virginia. The customer service at both state sites, and the main office were super helpful.Our driver that delivered our Upack trucks in Virginia was incredible! He went above and beyond to get our trailers into a convenient unloading spot.Upack was way more cost-effective than competitors. Their pay by the foot on the second trailer made it less stressful to try and fit everything into the trailer. We needed more space than we originally anticipated, so it was great that they only charge you for the space you use.Moving is a pain, so we don't plan on doing it again soon, but we would definitely use Upack for our future moving needs.”
“The movers were efficient and effective. They completed the move in less than the estimated time. They even took the feet off my sofa to get it through a smaller door and then replaced the feet. They took great care with my possessions. I would totally use them again!

We rented a climate controlled unit and had no issues or complaints. The facility was clean, easy to access, and the staff we interacted with at the office were very pleasant. Shane and the entire team were amazing! Mote than accommodating, when our closing date became a moving target. They were kind, patient and understanding of out situation. I realize it's probably something that they deal with daily. For us and my family it was anxiety inducing.
When our move day finally arrived, the Way2EZ move team was on time, understanding and incredibly efficient. They continually communicated with us, asking questions and sharing best practices.

“The guys from Dunmar loaded and delivered our stuff from Smith Mountain Lake all the way down to Bristol. They were fast and efficient and friendly! They wrapped every item and were careful to pad our house and put down rubber walkways to not damage our floors. They worked from 8:30 am until 5 pm and did not take a break! They even took the time to show our 3 year old how to pack things. Upon delivery they did the same procedure to keep our things and our house in perfect condition. These guys deserve all the money because it would have taken us at least a year to move all of our stuff! They took the time to rearrange furniture when I decided it needed to get in a different room. We cannot say enough good things about their work!!!”

“Convenient location to our home and my work so can stop by and pickup or dropoff on regular basis. We have rented the large storage space for several years now. Only had one issue where someone had cut off our lock. We called and found that the maintenance person had noticed some suspicious behavior and scared them off. They put the temporary lock on our unit and replaced it with a new one at no charge. Luckily nothing had been stolen or damaged. It would be nice if they installed some security cameras since they don't staff the office on a regular basis any longer.”

“Rick's team packaged an impressionist painting from 1916 for me to transport to Germany via airplane as bulk luggage. The painting incl. frame and glass survived the three flights unharmed. It was very well packed and complied (just so) with the maximum weight and size. A handle made it possible for me to carry it to the taxi. We are very happy how everything worked out, also regarding the correspondence and planning with Rick's team in advance to the trip.”
