“This was the BEST moving experience we've ever had! Prior to the move, they provided excellent communication regarding the price quote, then followed up three times prior to the day of the move to ensure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns. We had three gentlemen move us and they were on time, professional, efficient, and very careful with our belongings (especially my antiques and china dishware). “I was under a very short deadline with the lease from my last office space expiring, and due to the help I previously had backing out late, I was left scrambling last minute. I was amazed when I got a live person to answer the very first call I made. I was a little nervous when the only day they could do it was the very last day before my lease expired, but they got it done. Showed up with 4 men, a truck, and a van, and they were as professional and careful and courteous as they were physically amazing. The entire move was complete including everything out of the former office space and into the next one in just a little over half a day. They were truly amazing, and the cost was extremely competitive. I only know my own experiences, but I have paid much more in the past for much less being moved, and only two men hired to do it. Austin, Chris, T, and B, y'all are BEASTS!!!!”

“My friend had a building there and it was nice. The office people were really nice. Clean and dry. Only thing was she paid her rent on the 3 of the month. She closed it out and was empty and out on the 4th. She still had to pay for the whole month. But we all know it's all about the money. Still a good clean storage unit. ?”

“Highly recommend if you have a house full. U-Pack made my move so much easier than I had anticipated. U-Pack is much cheaper than others. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. They recommended my needs, and they were accurate. The trailer was clean. Their truck drivers are cleaned up, polite, and very skilled. When the driver showed up to drop off my trailer - he also gave me instructions for everything and took the time to show me the process. The driver that did my pick up was on time. We moved from New Hampshire to Virginia. The roads we live on are infamous for being the curviest country backroads in the US. Well that was no problem for U-Pack drivers. I had trouble finding a company that would drive up this mountain. I highly recommend U-Pack for your move!! Thank you again, U-Pack!!”

“AMAZING group moved us from VA to FL. Jorge was the leader of the 4BL that moved us. The workers faced horrible conditions--nothing they had any control over ie: truck got stuck on our pipestem, weather was hottest day of the year, had a massive walk down the pipestem with our heavy belongings for awhile until another truck was brought in, stayed until 11:30 pm to finish. Not a single bad attitude among them--from start to finish! At 11:30 pm they were as friendly, helpful and as strong as they were at 9 am! Amazing. (I suspect they were actually Super Hero's in disguise.) Must also mention they communicated well with us throughout, price was set right and very pleasant to deal with---I had to change our move dates 2x's and it was no problem. Can't recommend enough!”

“Ray E Owens Moving Company moved my new grand piano from Roanoke to Pittsville, VA. A grand piano can be a pretty tricky thing to move and set up properly and they did an absolutely great job. Fred (I've forgotten his last name) made the process seem easy both moving it up a few steps as well as putting it all back together.
